I would like to thank CVS in Sealy Texas. I came home for a funeral and left all of my medication. The staff was there to help. I want to give a huge thank you to the pharmacist name TK. He worked with my insurance company and successful filled my prescriptions. This was top notch professional customer service. I cannot thank him enough. I hope he gets this survey. I appreciate his service

I would do zero stars if it was an option. Can't speak to an actual person at the pharmacy and then to be told front of store can't transfer to the pharmacy either. I just needed a price check for prescriptions. Left a message and it's been well over an hour and still no call back from the message I left. Just ridiculous.

The Pharmacists, Tech and all staff at CVS in Sealy, Texas are Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!! I moved here in May 2023, apprehensive about switching pharmacies since the people there will become the most important people in my life, with me calling with questions, getting scripts filled and having them delivered. Driving in from Dallas, I really needed to stop and use the restroom. Figured this would be a lot cleaner then a gas station. Employee told me they don't have restrooms. So do employees go their entire shift without using the bathroom?

While in the pharmacy yesterday getting a prescription filled, I told the lady behind the counter that my 4 year old daughter really needed to use the restroom. I was then told there was something wrong with it. I told her it didn’t matter which one she used,, she wasn’t picky, she just had to pee and didn’t want to wet herself. Then she said neither one was working. “Something to do with the sewer”, she said. I told her I was so sorry that everyone working there had to work all day without anywhere to use the restroom. (As if I had never heard that excuse before”. I would have been way less offended if she would have just told my 4 year old “NO”, instead of lying to us like that…

I would give zero stars if I could. I only use CVS pharmacy because my prescription insurance is with them. They are slow as can be. Horrible customer service and just absolutely useless. Thanks for nothing CVS Pharmacy
