I went yesterday to the store in Sealy .I was met at the store by Daija Jones . She was very friendly and extremely helpful to find out how she could be of assistance.Then I met Kathyran Mae sorry if spelling wrong . Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I bought two coolers and from now on I will be purchasing everything I need from Rio Ice Chest .A great place to shop . Prices very competitive.Bob Taylor Bob’s Flag etc

Was given a personalized chest for Christmas as a gift. The pieces were cracked due to nailing, and most of the piece had mismatched and un sanded wood, unaligned joints with tons of space/gaps. Reached out to the company to resolve and never received a response. Photos attached!

I ordered the second amendment tumblers and we absolutely love them!!! I had been working in my garden from 10 a.m. and it was 88 degrees with a heat index of 100 degrees for 2 hrs with the temperature rising (we had gotten to 106 degrees that day) I went to refill my tumbler and was pleasantly surprised to find I still had 3/4 of the ice left in it. We are in love with our tumblers!!! Thank you Frio for creating these amazing products!!! Keep up the great work!! A special thank you to Michael Lentz for bringing this product to your mothers attention or I may not have ever found them. Thank you again to the Frio folks I'm sure I will be ordering on of the coolers next �

Huge shout out to the fine folks over at Frio! I have had my Frio for several years and can't stop coming back for more products! From the hard side to the LED Light wrapped soft sides, from the 24/7 cups to the new 2nd amendment 30oz cups, they are the best products on the market. Shopping local is that much easier when the local product is the best.
