The First tech argued that 3 of my daughters fingers were crooked not that she put the The nails on at a crooked angle!! One of them was clearly at a side angle. My daughter didn’t want to be fussy and just wanted to leave - but I was kinda upset and wanting them to fix the 3 nails - the owner then tried to blame my daughter’s fingers too!! - but she ended up admitting that the other tech did those nail bad and she attempted to file them into proper shape.
My daughter absolutely hated them.
Then the next day after husband refuses to accept that we we paid for them - so the salon does a completely new set for her for free- daughter loves them- they did look beautiful - but not even 24 hours later one of the nails comes completely off when my daughter barley hit her nail on the counter picking something up!! I got 3 other kids toes done and 2 of them nail polish flaking off within 2 days. :-(
Literally the worst experience I have ever had at any salon.
I am fairly new to the area and this was horribly disappointing. They actually tried to blame a kids fingers as being crooked??!! That was the craziest thing I’ve ever heard!!

On July 16 was my first time visiting them and as you can tell my nails turned out really well that’s the pink one and they stayed on for almost one month when I went in today and she shortened them. Kathy is a very nice lady, and the wonderful woman who did my toes turned out really well now I feel like my fingers look fat because of my nails and they’re not really what I wanted let’s see if they stay on another month. Miscommunication on how I wanted, my nails I don’t blame anyone. I’m just feel like they don’t fit my hands properly. But like I said this team were nice to me. Kathy was great. She fixed what she could without any extra charging. She worked with me so I can’t say anything bad about her or the team just they’re not really what I had envisioned. Next time, I hope it is better!

Honestly never have left any nail salon with my nails looking this bad. No attention to detail… The staff was very polite but $50 for nails that are think and noticeably uneven is crazy.

I was driving to San Antonio for a work trip and had to get my nails done last minute. I came pretty late but called 30 mins prior. I had to wait a little but they stayed after closing which meant a lot. I told them they can rush my pedicure and full set since it's almost closing time and they said they will do their very best and not rush the job. Great customer service and I'll be back!

Ms Kathy do an AMAZING job on my full set!! I went in is desperate need of a new set after my previous set popped off after 1 week. She was very welcoming and very helpful in explaining why they were popping off. I do believe I’ve found my new nail shop ❤️

I'm pretty new to the area and have been in search for a new nail place.. I live close to this location and decided to give it a try.. Kathy took care of me and she did not disappoint I told her an idea and she went with it and even helped me and put her little twist on it! Don't walk run and go see Kathy. I will be returning here.

Kathy is the BEST! I will never go anywhere else! She takes her time (but goes quick) and does such a GREAT job! Been going for a year now, but here’s my favorite set!
If you are looking for a set that will last a month or longer, these won’t come off until you soak or cut them off (no matter how long they get!)

Had my nails done on 12/16/24. Kathy explained everything to me and knew exactly what I preferred. She was very helpful and friendly. I definitely will go there again.
