KEEP THE GUY PLEASE
I've sadly never asked his name but goodness!! His customer service is great. I actually get sad when I walk in and it's not him. He actually asks how I'm doing instead of talking on the phone or talking to other people in the store.

Stopped here for gas and I received the worst customer service from the store manager. Please inform team members about the importance of treating customers fairly and with a smile.

We stopped for gas and cigarettes and drinks, I went inside to choose my drink and that was it... my wife was refused cigarettes even with her ID and being valid, but I refused to show mine, Texas state law doesn't require me to if I'm not purchasing... if it was alcohol it would be a different story. I told her it was against state law and she said her boss makes her ID if looking under 40, but we weren't buying alcohol!! Never again will we support this location!

Some card readers have been broken for several months. Several pumps have out of service bags over them constantly. They've gone down hill the past couple of years.

The morning manager need to be more trained on how to provide better communication for the customer, need to be better trained on her attitude for the customer, she doesn't know on how to defuse a confrontation and refusing service like not having change to provide back for me so I had to leave without getting my gas, I had my ID but still got refuse service so nice job super what ever your name is manager

Update: 7/25/23- all pumps are working now!7-1-23: Been going here regularly for over 7 years. While the service has has always been great, the restrooms always clean, there is currently an underlying and annoying problem- Lack of working unleaded pumps. Currently, about 8 of the 16 unleaded pumps are down due to needing new handles (per the clerks). THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A MONTH. The fuel is competitively price, sure- but it's a matter of if you want to wait for it. The clerks I've spoken to about it feel helpless, and hear customers complain all the time about it as Murphy is apparently dragging their feet in correcting this issue. And, I hope other Murphy "members" who use their services will do as I have and write them voicing their disappointment. I'll be sure to update this when the issue is finally resolved.

Noel is an awesome employee. On top of being very kind and professional, he keeps the pumps open every night besides Tues and Wednesday until midnight. He helped us with our Walmart+ rewards points for the gas and was patient with us paying for their service. Thank you Noel for making Murphy a place we will continue to get more affordable gas.
