  We love this service, we have never had any problems with the service, the container was damaged, my husband notified and the next day they left us a new dispenser, they are always on time to notify any change in their services, I give them a 💯. !!

  Whatever dumpster company you choose do not choose Texas Disposal Systems. We are a business in Waller County and we had a vehicle parked in the way and they were happy to drive past but when we called them and offered to pay whatever fee to have them come back because the dumpster was full and it’s right by where our customers come in, they said no matter what their new policy is they don’t come back for seven days. When I ask about canceling, they said they had just automatically renewed me four days ago for another 36 months without ever sending me anything and that I had signed that in the small print when I had initially signed up.

  Don’t use this company, they are not helpful and will not come back to pick up if you miss even if you try to pay again, also won’t let you cancel w out a 6 month fee

  Scheduled dumpster delivery for Monday, it's Thursday and still no dumpster. Told once again it will be 24 to 48 hours. Not looking forward to doing business with these people.

  Trash pick up is on Friday. We have made three Phone calls starting Saturday and have been told every time give them 24 to 48 hours. Well here we are Wednesday and they’re still sitting there. We live at the very end of the road and they pick the ones up at the other end. I guess they are too lazy to drive down to the end. This has happened several times. They have no problem taking our money, on time. But they can’t seem to get the trash picked up.

  Every time I come to the dump in Sealy no one is there on Saturday’s. States the hours of operation are 8-12am, however gates locked! I’ve waited from 8-930 both times, I’ve visited.Doubt this review helps or corrects any issues. But what an unprofessional way to run a company, as the other reviews claim.

  Skipped 4 times. Refuse to give a month equivalence waiver and take responsibility. Driver deliberately skips service. Customer service (including manager) refuse to make things right. All they are willing to do is make notes to account. Definitely will be looking to see if I can find service somewhere else. Hopefully I can.

  Extremely deceptive business practices. Contracts “auto-renew” for 3 year periods without any warning. Prices may seem low but the company does not disclose hidden fees and additional charges upfront. I would highly recommend sticking with more reputable, larger companies that might seem more expensive upfront but offer more transparency, fair terms, and will likely be far less expensive in the long run.

  Skipped again, changing days and highly restrictive is a recipe for disaster. Customer service is a joke. Skipping and not allowing for twice the amount in the next trip for pick up is absurd. I am considering loading it up and hauling to the corp parking lot. Terrible service...

  Only leaving 1 star because I had to. They are deserving of none!Changed pick up days without telling us. Only learned about it because I called. Always forgetting to pick up our trash, or skipping our house, then telling us they’d return to pick it up, but never showing back up. They bill you for pick up though. Customer service is very rude and no help. Tired of paying for a service I’m not receiving, and tired of dealing with the rude customer service staff. Canceled our service with them for good.

  Can't say enough about how pleased we are with Texas Disposal Systems. The driver and employees are so pleasant and they are willing to pick up large items without having to schedule a specific pick-up. We had many bags of debris from hurricane Nicholas and the TDS team insisted they do the work of lifting and pitching the bags into the truck-- my husband had gone out to assist and they declined his offer. Great service. Thanks for being dependable and providing the rolling trash bins too.

  6 bags of trash hasn't been lifted off. I'm extremely unsatisfied about this company. Switching to other landfill
