“I had booked an appointment about a week and half ago to have new shocks put on and to check the front end alignment on my DP motorhome. Arrived at 7:30 in the morning and found out it hadn't been entered in the system. This is a very busy commercial truck repair center and I understand their goal is getting these guys back on the road first before working on motorhomes. I will say to Roberts credit, he got me in the system, worked me in and had me finished up by that afternoon. He was great to talk to and kept me informed of what was going on.
