Went in to get my first passport. I had scheduled an appointment with photo service, I was helped by a wonderful lady that explained everything and helped me through this new process. Compared to the locations in Houston, this place was phenomenal.

Not sure why this place is rated so low.
I even got my passport here a while back.
I do not remember having any trouble.
