First time we walked in, we were well greeted and our lack of knowledge didn't stop them from taking the time to talk us through our needs and evaluate the best solution. No pressure to make a sale at the moment but gave us information and guided us to resources we needed to research. We plan to return to buy soon.

Speaking with store manager, it was explained that they charge a trip charge in addition to the elapsed time from dealer.This was not clear before the initial visit. He was good enough to delete the mileage billing in this case.
