The little blonde girl, I think her name is Beth. She is the sweetest and most helpful cashier at this Walgreens. She single handedly made my visit to this Walgreens absolutely amazing! She treated us in the sweetest and most helpful way.

⭐ 1 STAR (would give zero if I could)
I am beyond fed up with this Walgreens Pharmacy. The incompetence, disorganization, and complete lack of care is absolutely unacceptable. Every single time I try to pick up a prescription, there’s an issue—either it’s “not ready,” mysteriously “out of stock,” or suddenly “didn’t get the refill request,” even when my doctor confirmed it days ago.
The wait times are ridiculous. I’ve stood in line for over 30 minutes just to be told to “come back later.” The staff seems overwhelmed, undertrained, or just completely indifferent. I’m sick of being treated like my health and time don’t matter.
This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s dangerous. People depend on their medications. Walgreens, get it together. You’ve lost my trust, and I’ll be transferring all prescriptions elsewhere ASAP.

Frequently delays prescriptions for seemingly no reason, they also refuse to override the order when the reason for delay is proven without a doubt to be a system error. Generally they just don't like to work with their customers.

Being in healthcare for 30+ years, I'm not a fan of Walgreens. But this place is different. Forgot a much needed Rx while traveling, and the pharmacist was fantastic! Got me in and out with my Rx quick and painless. This is how a Walgreens should operate......

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. This has been the case on more than one occasion, and I would recommend anyone to find a different location.

Britney Kline at the Sealy Walgreens is one of the most friendly, helpful and kindest humans ever! She is always smiling and always willing to drop everything to take care of the customers and their needs!
She is a fantastic example of what a dedicated employee looks like!

Stopped in there today and was very pleasantly surprised by the young man that helped me, Tazion, his pleasant personality and big smile was definitely a change from what I have seen their in the past way to go Tazion, keep doing what you're doing and never lose that smile 😁

Zero stars if I could. I said I was gonna wait for my prescription...so I did then they wait an eternal to tell me oops I don't have it...didn't even offer to call other locations!! get it together this is poor customer service. I get that you can't control the fact that a drug is out of stock but ATLEAST CALL AROUND FOR ME OR GIVE ME NUMBERS TO PHARMACIES WHO HAVE IT..DO BETTER! THIS IS LITERALLY YOUR JOB.

Dana and Carson truly went above and beyond to help me with my photos. Their exceptional patience and stellar customer service made the entire experience wonderful. They took the time to troubleshoot an issue, ensured everything was perfect. I was genuinely impressed by their dedication and professionalism. The pharmacy staff are so rude and treat you like trash. The pharmacist told me the government would prevent me from getting my medicine if I continued to use a Good RX card to help pay. I am 73 years old on a fixed income I have no choice but to save money however I can. When you call to make sure they have your medicine in stock they act like you just ask for their bank PIN number. No other Walgreens has ever treated me like they do. Do not use them they do not care about you.

Cherish is an amazing employee. I needed help with an online order and she patiently helped me. You don’t come across people these days that care and take the time to help you . Great experience. I will be shopping here more often.

My prescription was backorder said the woman at the Walgreens pharmacy.
I asked if she could find out when it would be back in stock, and instead of doing a few minutes of research, she said; "it may be two weeks or five months."
Far from helpful and an I don't care attitude.

I am thankful for this pharmacy. Ordering online or by phone and using the drive-thru is a snap. Even if there is a bit of a line, it goes pretty quickly. The pharmacists and techs are knowledgeable. It is comforting to be able to rely on that. I know that my prescriptions will be ready as soon as possible. Every time that I do go in the store, it is clean and tidy.

It is getting to the point I will have to Columbus for everything I need because it seems Sealy the workers believe they should stand there and do nothing.Went in to buy a pack of smokes and the redhead at the other counter gave a big sigh as if I was asking her to carry a million pounds up a mountain.I told her the brand and was going to point it out where they were at when she snapped at me and told me to wait at the other register and then she couldn’t find the product and I had to show her.I guess the best course of action from now on is never buy anything in Sealy because the reality is most of the stores have people that just do not want to work.
