I didn’t get fully taken care of online! Purchased cells online and was not happy with experience. My issues were much better in store.

Came in for iPhone upgrade. Carlos assisted me, assessed the phone at the normal trade in value of $700 for iPhone12 pro max (no cracks or breakage)so I upgraded to the iPhone 15promax. The stores internet wasn’t working so they had me take the old phone home to transfer the contents and I had 30days to return the old phone for the trade in. I went to the store within 30 days and they re-evaluated the phone and said only $350 for the trade. They tried to bait and switch me!!! Anthony and the lady there said the little scratches on my phone seemed deep (my the screen was not cracked) it’s in the same condition that Carlos had evaluated, I only needed to transfer my contents over its not like I was still using the old phone. I started to warn the other customers what was happening and Anthony was quick to try to hush me by trying to kick me out of the store. He has me wait around and helped another customer then came back to me and said he would override the situation and give me the original agreed amount. Yall be careful and don’t do business with this Seguin location.

Most horrible experience ever two times the only two times I've been in there charged me for things I did not need two times for something they said they didn't guy that's been there for 20 years thinks he's all that one of the most horrible managers I've ever seen in my life I do not recommend stay away from the store they will rob you!

Reggie and Chass went above and beyond to help me with transporting from another carrier! They took the time to make sure that my issues were resolved. Guys and gals like them make me proud to be a part of the AT&T family now!!

All these companies are pretty much the same. They come up with ways to think you're getting something for free with no contract...but if you leave they stop crediting your account for the "free phone or watch" and you pay outrageous prices. Recently had an issue with my Pixel watch which would not turn on. Went into the store to see if the problem was with my watch or the charger. They could not help. 4 representatives sat in that stores with no other customers in sight and nobody lifted a finger to make a suggestion or take action to see if we could figure it out. If you sell chargers...open a dang box and see if my watch will charge or better yet...keep a charger on hand. Now I am going to buy a charger online and hope that is the issue. I got better service when I was with T-Mobile.

Bobby in Seguin Tx... was excellant..knew the products and offerings...was so helpful and didn't rush us into any phone...helped us decide for both of us, one needing more memory....transfered our cells apps and it was painless...got our veterans discount too....great service....thank you At&t and Bobby...

The manager, Jose, in the Seguin store allowed my 16 year old daughter with no i.d to take a phone that I still have on contract and paying on the device still, off to another account and refused to resolve the issue when I went to inquire about this. He took no accountability for what took place in his store which was basically finding a loophole to allow a stolen phone to be put on another account. He told me exactly how they would do this by using an alternate serial number, however when i went back in and talked to another employee, which did not know the situation, he was sure there was no way this could be done. Hmmm. However, the manager sure did know how it could be done even though it shouldnt. When I asked to speak to his boss he went off to the side to call and was laughing at the situation which was very rude and frustrating. He says someone will contact me. Still waiting.

Best store! We live in Gonzales and make that 30 minute drive anytime we need anything. The store in Gonzales is terrible with their customer service especially their store manager Marlon. We come to Seguin and they handle all the small issues that Gonzales can’t seem to resolve. This store actually helps customers and doesn’t just try and make the sale. Bobby was great helping us when we couldn’t get the help we needed in Gonzales. Seguin store even has current Gonzales residents working in that office versus working locally. Definitely need that same energy and service here. Great job Seguin!
