“Cannot say enough good things about this company. My Range Rover had a dent. After repairing the dent, the door needed to be repainted due to the size and depth of the dent. I was worried it would be hard to match the paint color as it is a special British Racing Green. Wasted time worrying because it looked perfect. The owner answered phone promptly, replied quickly to questions, arrived on time, gave me a reasonable quote, and performed excellent work! A God send! My brother and daughter broke down with a my brother’s camper truck and they all worked to help them day and night. It needed a crank shaft and no one could work on it with the holiday going on. So my brother took it apart with the help of everyone and they got it running again after a couple days of long days and nights. My brother and daughter wanted to thank them as well. Thank you!!! “I have been shopping at O’Reilly stores for years. Help is always good and usually have the part-time need. Stopped here yesterday to get a windshield wiper blade, and the guy behind the counter went above and beyond. He saw me looking at the chart, ask if he could help, looked up the correct blade for my car, went and got it off the rack, then took it outside and put it on the car for me to make sure that it fit. Absolutely amazing.”

I came in needing a new battery, and not only did Jesse promptly install it for free, but he also showed great understanding and professionalism given my unique situation.
That day, I had just withdrawn a significant amount of cash from the bank to make a large equipment purchase and didn’t feel comfortable leaving my vehicle unattended even though it was locked in my center console or carry it with me to avoid losing it. Jesse immediately understood my concern and allowed me to remain in the car while the service was completed. This small act of empathy made a huge difference.

“Collision X fixed my car so Much that I almost Doubted it was the same car! I walked around the back of the car where there was some work that needed to be done, but not in this Insurance claim. I had Duct taped some loose trim, but they put a few screws in it, and I didn’t need the duct tape anymore. The trim and bodywork And painting were perfect. I ended up paying Only a small part of the deductible Because they reused parts that were not broken. I asked for business cards so I could tell people they ought to go to them because they did such a good job‼️”
