“I had no money, lost all hope when I asked almost everyone in town for help. On my way home decided to do one more stop. I couldn't load my Tesla onto my trailer and just needed help. Without hesitation and without any wait... Eddie asked the location and instantly said he would follow me to the place and assured me he would not leave until they got the car loaded. It was a good challenge and they did. When no wrecking service or mechanic in town would help even if I paid. He went. I cannot express how grateful I am and how much hope it's brought back to my life. These are amazing people who make a difference and have been lost for words since that moment. “Not all heroes wear capes!!! Lori and Robert were the absolute sweetest and extremely helpful when my kids and I pulled having car trouble. We were already hours away from home and still needing about 10 more hours on the road! They took their time to talk to me about the issues and it was wonderful watching them brainstorm together! My kids and our puppy were shown wonderful hospitality in the cool and away from the heat while we waited for the repairs. Robert had it fixed up and we were ready to get back to our trip! In contrast to other shops that offered to schedule the job 2-3 weeks out, and gave much higher price quotes, R&R stood out from the crowd with same day service at a fair price. I will consider this my auto shop of choice for all future needs.”
