They treat me with respect, explain what issues are urgent, and anything that might become an issue in the future so I can plan ahead and not be blindsided by a large repair bill down the road. “First visit to this shop and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a one-man team, so James personally handles every part of the process from start to finish. I brought my F-150 in for a 100k-mile tune-up and some O2 sensor work, and he made me feel completely comfortable right away. He was incredibly fair and only did exactly what was needed without any of the typical upselling you get at bigger shops. The truck runs great now! “Service above and beyond! We had difficulty Saturday evening after Thanksgiving. The owner and a mechanic stayed late to identify the problem, helped sort out a tow truck, and the owner drove us to a hotel. The owner searched for a replacement part (difficult to source nationwide) and completed the repair swiftly once the art was acquired.”

“I brought my 2012 Chevrolet Camaro SS to ATS because the air conditioning stopped working suddenly while we were on a trip. Aaron performed thorough diagnostics and identified the compressor had failed and needed to be replaced. He vacuum filled both the freon and coolant. He is very knowledgeable about automotive repairs and is equipped to handle most issues that a dealership can perform. I am completely satisfied with Aaron's repairs and their reasonable cost. I plan to use ATS for all my future Camaro repairs!”

“The service has always been good here. But, today the rotated my tire incorrectly and then when I confronted the counter employee about it he lied. I didn’t feel like arguing with him so I left. They assumed people are ignorant of the proper maintenance of their vehicle and then proceed to take short cuts. It’s a shame. This used to be my to go place.

“I took my car to Greg cause the car dealership had it for over 2 months and charged me almost 3,000 dollars but right after my car was leaking anti freeze and I wasn’t going to take it back to the dealership cause I needed my car for work who knows how much longer they would have took to fix but Greg fixed my car over night and got a reasonable price I was very happy my baby was back on the road, I’ll always go to Greg before anybody else, this happened last year in November sorry it took me this long to write a review!”
