They also always do excellent oil change service. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing oil changes. Fortunately, I haven’t had to have work done on my vehicle, so I’m have not experienced their service.”

“Vickie and Steven were so kind and caring, truly amazing customer service! I came in for a frequent issue with my O2 sensor and turned out to be my catalytic converter. Not gonna lie, I did get a little emotional thinking catalytic converters were the kiss of death for cars and especially since this was the first car I ever bought, but Vickie and Steven were so kind and patient and explained everything to me in a way I would understand (no confusing technical jargon!). I may have only been there for about 15 minutes, but will for sure be a returning customer thanks to these two and their kindness.”

“After repeatedly seeking help with my rim wheel on my Prius in Austin and Buda tire shops and stores where they'd rather sell me new tires, Victor's in New Braunfels was recommended. I just needed to get my wheel back into round! It should be a tire shop specialty! I narrowed it down to the wheel rim after alignment, new tires and tmps and keeping track of the tire that kept losing air. So I carefully drove to Victor's explained the history and minutes later I drove home. Thinking that this is a temporary remedy, I waited for that darned "low tire" light to turn on again but it hasn't! $30 well spent!”

I needed to have my truck's exhaust tip moved because it interfered with my aftermarket bumper step and I couldn't use it.Stopped by on my day off while running errands just to inquire if they would do the work and if I would need to schedule it. Exhaust guy was in the middle of a full exhaust system job but looked at what I needed done and said he would do it right then if I had 30 minutes.
