I was few minutes late for appt. They still processed me and took be right back for draw. The phlebotomist very nice and freindly. Good customer service. Wish I remembered her name

My wait wasn't long and the office staff were very pleasant. I wish that all people that take blood for testing were as good at it as my person was. I experienced absolutely zero discomfort and her personality was very nice as well.
