Collision X fixed my car so Much that I almost Doubted it was the same car! I walked around the back of the car where there was some work that needed to be done, but not in this Insurance claim. I had Duct taped some loose trim, but they put a few screws in it, and I didn’t need the duct tape anymore. The trim and bodywork And painting were perfect. I ended up paying Only a small part of the deductible Because they reused parts that were not broken. I asked for business cards so I could tell people they ought to go to them because they did such a good job‼️

I just got an appraisal from Collision X. Just the appraisal. I dropped off my car, they took me back to work the did the appraisal and dropped my car off at my work. I haven't spent a penny yet and they have treated me like family. Outstanding service. Also they brought my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off.

This place is awesome! Rocky and Bob are great people. They made sure we got our truck in tip top shape. We had problems with rental and insurance making it a longer time for our truck to be finished with. They made sure we didn't have any extra money's taken out of us. They kept us informed every step of the way. Thank yall so much.

I’ve used collision x 3 times, I live out in deer country, and he is upfront about everything he is doing, and keeps you informed and always answers you texts! If you need someone to fix up your car, give him a call.

Great customer service from all staff. Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for me as my car was being fixed. Went above and beyond making sure I knew status from beginning to end.
