So wow just got hung up on from crickets customer service in seguin tx. I have had issues with cricket not billing my card I go in set it up and it's okay for a month or so then they can't bill it and want to charge a reactivation fee. I refuse to pay the fee for there mess up. But this seems like fraud I wonder how many people have had the same issue and just pay. Might be something for a lawyer to look into for a class action lawsuit.

I purchased a moto g, the salesperson gives me a 40.00 case that’s too big. I try to return it and I’m told that phone is obsolete because new one has come out. Sorry they don’t have a case to fit and can’t give a refund. Bad business as I have purchased 5 phones this year from them for my business. Customerservice is horrible!!! They have a too bad too sad attitude.

I've been in this store twice now trying to speak to someone about switching and quite honestly they seem to have no knowledge about their phones nor any interest in helping their customers. Spend the extra $5 in gas and drive to a New Braunfels or San Antonio store. ? Personally I think it should be a pleasurable experience and that's not what you would get here.

Walked in to try to buy a couple of new phone and establish 4 phone lines. The employee escorted me to the front of the store and told me there would be better deals online. Rude but I decided to try online regardless. The whole online experience was a mess. I put the order in online then 3 days later received a message that the order had been cancelled and to call their customer service for more information. I was passed from rep to rep who told me more information would be in the cancellation email? Then they told me that I would have to put in the order myself again separately. Keep in mind that they have had my $550 for 5 days at this point and the cancellation email said that it would be a couple of business days before the money was returned to my account. How am I supposed to reorder if they still have the money from the first order? The run around, lack of help, and confusion were really disappointing. I wish that the employee at the store had helped me so that we could ensure the order was set up correctly to avoid this whole situation.

The phones are cheaper online than the store. So if your on a budget order your phone online. I saved around 100.

I am coming from France and I needed an american sim card with an affordable phone plan, I went to walmart first but the seller there was incompetent. The seller at Cricket was really helpful and kind and explained simply to me the options I had. I got what I want for a fairly decent price, so I would definitly recommend this place.
