This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had plus the first person I spoke to treated me like a doormat and after being refunded they charged me again the next day and I still haven't been refunded.

Been having a storage unit since February and have had no issues, Rose is awesome and always keeping me updated with any changes they have as far as pricing and even gave me a credit $ to give me a months time to decide if i wanted to keep my unit. Which i did :) she is sweet and very understanding of any issues i had.
