CVS provides pharmacy services and general retail shopping. The store offers prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and plenty of other little things you might need, from diabetic supplies to everyday items. The physical store is described as clean, organized, and easy to navigate, though not the most updated. It features self-checkout stations, an ATM, and bathrooms. Customer experiences with staff vary. Many associates are noted as helpful, fast, kind, patient, and greeting customers with a beautiful smile. Specific praise highlights a pharmacy employee who is an angel for patiently helping to find the best prices for prescriptions using insurance and coupons. However, other experiences report that customer service was not what was expected, with some pharmacy staff simply pointing to an aisle without proper assistance and being in need of better training. There are also mentions of prescriptions being filled without being ordered, leading to frustration. The store's app for pharmacy services does not work very well and is difficult to use, making it easier to call in medications. While the drive-thru is often packed, going inside is typically faster. Prices can be a little high, but that is expected. Overall, many customers have a great shopping experience and look forward to returning.
I came in to ask for help locating an over the counter pain medication. The pharmacy staff just pointed me to an isle and said it might be there. Finally found what I needed and it was not in the area they sent me to. Customer service was not what I expected
