I use cvs mainly for the pharmacy, they have an app that they prefer you use but it doesn't work very well at all. They fill prescriptions without you ordering it and want to cop an attitude when you don't jump right over there and pick it up, it doesn't matter that you have no prescriptions set up for automatic refills and you didn't call them in. The app sucks,it's easier to call your meds in than get them through the app and the pharmacy staff is in need of better training for the job that they are doing.

I came in to ask for help locating an over the counter pain medication. The pharmacy staff just pointed me to an isle and said it might be there. Finally found what I needed and it was not in the area they sent me to. Customer service was not what I expected

Try not to use the toilets here. Had to make a pit stop with 2 nieces. Neither toilet was clean ???

I went to print one 4x6 picture and at the same time I was approaching the counter an elderly couple was asking for help. The manager said it’s a self serve kiosk, you have to do it yourself. I sat down and tried figuring out and once I did. I was able to help him. I asked her to help me because my picture was not processing. She said you have to start over, I explained that I had restarted several times and just wanted to see if she could advise a different way to print. She wasn’t helpful and shrugged her shoulders. I eventually figured it out and asked the cashier if it had printed. The cashier said give it a few minutes, I waited and the manger looks at a screen and says it’s not going to print. If you would like you can reprint, it took along time for the process and I said no I will wait. The manager said for what? I said the elderly couple was also waiting and I would wait to see if there photo printed,she shrugged her shoulders and said I guess you can wait. The cashier came back to the front and said here is the picture from another part of the front desk. The manager wasn’t pleased that I got my photo and I asked the cashier if she was the manager because of her courtesy and super customer service. CVS, please retrain your manager on customer service, she was impatient and knew where my print was the whole time. Please speak to her about customer service on holidays, it’s tough but treat people better.

Hate their automated attendant when I call to speak to the Pharmacy staff. Why do I have to enter my birthdate for the automated attendant prompt only to be asked to provide this same information again to the Pharmacy staff when I finally get to speak with them? After 3 circular go-rounds with the automated attendant saying I wish to speak to the Pharmacy staff, why then does the automated attendant attempt to send a link to my phone try to resolve my issue online? It takes an act of congress just to get put through to a live person when calling CVS. Some things cannot be managed online. I've was told by a Pharmacist they do not like customers using the doctor/healthcare provider option on the menu because only licensed Pharmacists can answer these calls. Howver, that is the shorter than playing push all these buttons on multiple menus to get through to speak to a live person. It is so very, very frustrating all the steps you have to go through to speak to a live person in the Pharmacy, with the automated attendant then saying if you don't want the options offered then just hang up. Wait, what!?!?. Once you get through to a live person, the Pharmacists and staff are awesome. P.S. I have never called CVS to speak to a live person if the issue could be handled online or through the automated attendant.

The drive through window for the pharmacy is extremely convenient. The pharmacy tech was efficient and very helpful.

This review is really about one person that works in this pharmacy. His name is Mark and he is such an angel. I am a Type 1 diabetic and I am constantly fighting with insurance for pricing of my insulin and diabetic supplies. When I called to fill my dexcom g6 prescription it came out to be very expensive and Mark was so patient and ran the prescription for me different ways to find the best price between insurance and coupons. He never got irritated and remained so kind and patient.

Not the most updated store, but the staff is helpful and fast. I tried to avoid the drive thru cause it's usually packed. I get off, and 8 times out of 10 I beat the drive thru in getting my meds. This place has plenty of little things all around you might need. The prices can be a little high, but it's expected at any CVS. They have self check out stations, an ATM, bathrooms, and almost anything you might need.

My husband and I just recently moved to Seguin.. It was my first time shopping at this store location and I must stay that my shopping experience was overall great. It was clean,organized and easy to find what I was looking for and the sales associate was very nice and helpful. I really love shopping at CVS and utilize all my savingsI definitely look forward to many more shopping trips.
