lly I'm really not the type of person that complains about things but I got to say I got my hair cut it deep salons couple days ago and it was not good that poor girl cut my hair so bad she just chopped chopped and chops and I told her it was good I did cuz I didn't want to hurt her feelings but good God almighty I look worse than George Lopez I will not be going back over there I don't want to say who the hairdresser was cuz I don't want her to hurt her business maybe she just had an off day I don't know but I look like not a person I'm really not the kind of person that I really not I'm

Krystal is amazing. She did a fabulous wash, cut and blowdry on my hair. Then she cut my husband's hair and he was very happy, too. She offered to come down to the 1st floor so I wouldn't have to climb stairs which was very considerate. Love this salon. By appointment only so no waiting.

Krystal did a great job cutting my hair as well as washing/cutting/styling my wife's hair. It's hard getting an appointment with Krystal due to the demand for her.

EXCELLENT greeting, DeeDee the owner was courteous to ask me if I could do the stairs, She was very kind and considerate to ask. Completely separates her business from other salons.I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut & styled by Crystal Alcoser very sweet and lots of laughs. Entire staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Great doing business with all these sweet ladies. Since moving to Seguin, I have tried multiple salons in the area and this by far has been the best one. Crystal did my color and cut and really took her time talking through the process with me and brought my hair back to life. Everyone working there had amazing energy and the atmosphere they have created is really wonderful.

I had used this salon several times but after my last visit I will not go back. I had made my mom an appt for 3:45 for a very special occasion and at 4:30 we were still waiting. I was heartbroken for my ma she was so excited for this special day but had to cancel. Shame on you D salon and shame on you to Taylor so unprofessional with no respect for your customer.Service: Haircut
