This is a very poorly ran company. Communication between workers, and workers and customers is very poor. They send all kinds of voice mails for payments that YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE, without even looking into it first. What sucks the most is that as of this moment I don't have a choice but to use their services, but if you do have a choice, please please go else where 🙏

I had spoken with the gentleman here concerning getting me some propane. He had promised that he would be here the next morning. He did not show up. I called him the next day and he promised that he would swing by after his shift. Again no call no show. It seems to me like they really just don't care. They couldn't even call me or text me to let me know that they weren't going to be able to make it.

This is a first class operation from Kelly and to my delivery man Jeff out here in Runge also shout out to the gentleman two gentlemen that hooked up my tank and tested for leaks very professional would definitely recommend them to anyone in the South Texas area. Thank you.

These guys deserve and earn the 4.5 star rating. Understandably things can and will go wrong. These poor guys were minus a truck due to maint / repairs, and had to deal with delays from torrential rains the next day, and yet still managed to get to us in timely fashion. I know our calling & asking questions was likely an annoyance, but they were totally patient & professional, answering our questions & concerns. Dynasty's the best gig in town! Hopefully those folks who gave a low rating have had their issues resolved. Thanks guys. jb

Stay away from this company as they are overpriced and tend to always charge my credit card twice.They never show up on time and lately they never seem to answer the phone. Very poor customer service.
