We just left from goodwill Seguin, we’re purchased dressed and mirror and nightstand table, we asked lady at the register about 2 nightstands tables with that price, she’s said yes, cause we bought also dressed included the mirror with that price, after we will pick the second time for the 2 nightstands tables, they said it sale separately, “How” ??? We asked that, then the employee man said it’s sale separately, Even the lady in register also said that is really weird!!!! I don’t want to comeback again in goodwill ever!!!! It’s scamm

I'm afraid I must agree with all of the negative reviews left by shoppers for this location. Worst Goodwill experience by far. Did not catch the cashiers name, blonde woman with the most unsavory attitude. This cashier not only made me extremely uncomfortable by how unprofessional she was, but also had absolutely horrendous customer service as well as zero social awareness. Please rid your store of her or at least perform proper training so that not just any woman off the street is allowed to not only interact with customers, but to be the first and last impression of your store.

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience with my local Goodwill store, which has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I purchased a dryer for $100 as we were in desperate need of one at the time. Unfortunately, due to transportation constraints, we couldn't take it home immediately.
The very next day, an unexpected family emergency arose that required us to leave town urgently. Upon our return from dealing with this situation, we went straight to the Goodwill store hoping to pick up our newly acquired dryer. To our dismay, they informed us that they had resold it without any prior notice or attempt to contact us.
Despite presenting them with the receipt proving our purchase just days before their resale action took place; they refused both refund and store credit options available under such circumstances. This lack of customer service was deeply disheartening considering their reputation as an organization aimed at helping those less fortunate.
It is particularly distressing when charitable organizations like Goodwill prioritize profit over assisting individuals who genuinely require support during challenging times by selling donated items instead of providing aid directly through donations or affordable prices for essential goods.
In situations like ours where unforeseen events prevented immediate collection after purchase but within a reasonable timeframe specified on receipts should be taken into account by goodwill stores across locations nationwide so customers are not unfairly penalized financially while trying desperately meet basic needs amidst personal crises.
Overall,I am extremely dissatisfied with how this particular branch handled my case,and I believe there is room for improvement regarding transparency,customer communication,and fair business practices.I hope sharing my experience will encourage better accountability among similar establishments moving forward

This is one of the smallest Goodwill's you'll find in the area. It's probably less than 10,000 ft.² inside. Like most Goodwills, this store is given over mostly to clothing , but there is a large selection of hard goods on the separate aisles. They have a decent selection of books and other media, but not much in the way of electronics or furniture. They have three dressing rooms to try on clothes and public bathrooms in the back. This is really kind of a two star thrift store, however, the staff does a good job of keeping everything looking neat and full, so three stars.

Prices have increased crazily. Too expensive for 2nd hand. Need to have 3 for a dollar sale on clothes. Way too many on racks and would like them to be monitored a bit better. No heavy stains tears or rips. But still love cruising around there

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of clothing and a good selection of dvd’s. The houseware items can be hit or miss. I don’t know who’s in charge of the pricing, but it seems that they are checking eBay comps which is a big mistake. They had a stackable bento box for $20, eBay had it for the same price. It was $25 brand new. There was also a planter for $39!
