I had the pleasure of speaking with Anna Mae regarding updating my storage unit to a larger size one. She was thoughtful and efficient and addressed my concerns with the best care and professionalism. I am very pleased with the great customer service she provided.

I am very disappointed with the way this particular situation was handled. The incident took place over 3 weeks ago - and I wanted and hoped for a satisfactory outcome. In summary - a storage unit was reserved and paid for online as is the standard practice in this business, I'm learning. This was done on a Sunday, but no one was available until Tuesday. Pat and AnaMae were the 2 that were handling this. It seems as though AnaMae is the very rude person in the background that dictates to Pat and she repeats her words. We learned that the unit we THOUGHT we'd reserved online wasn't available. We were 'offered' a unit much larger, much more expensive, and much farther away. They tried to push the narrative that a favor was being done IF the 'one time' additional processing fee of $29 was applied to the following month's charge which was $35 more and not within the distance we were willing to travel. When this was questioned - AnaMae became rude and combative stating that nothing was owed to us because the unit was booked via a third party.?! This is not made clear at the time. After being given the runaround and unable to speak with anyone in upper management due to the fact that AnaMae had read the initial Google review and was PISSED. She stated the district manager 'Mike' was on vacation and would contact us at a later date. We were basically told to take our business elsewhere and hung up on by AnaMae each time. The 'owner' comments nicely on the review vowing to resolve it amicably - however- nothing got done. I'm beginning to think it's an auto-generated reply for damage control purposes. The usual calling in of favors to have fake OUTSTANDING reviews bury the factual negative one obviously took place afterward. A refund for $50 less than the amount charged initially was eventually received in the mail. SMH. It's sad that there's no accountably ofttimes in this small town (unfortunately) due to the fact that the employees are usually relatives or friends of the owner. It's not WHAT you know - but WHO you know. We tried reaching out online to the corporate office, but never received a response. Since Anna Mae was the gatekeeper that intercepted all calls RUDELY yelling and hanging up - it was hopeless. This company was previously called Green Light Storage. I can see why the previous company had to be bailed out by the much larger 'Storage King' brand. I hope they will look into this and retrain (if not TERMINATE) these 2 individuals that have no concept of professional customer service. Turning customers away because you are unhappy with an honest review (that is constantly solicited via text) is unacceptable. We would have been okay with being placed on a waitlist until the unit we preferred became available but were not offered that option. Very disappointing and unbelievable customer experience. This Anna Mae actually answered the phone (I suppose screening the caller ID) yelling rudely by name and slamming down the receiver after her rant 'I TOLD YOU HE WAS ON VACATION AND WILL CALL YOU!!!' This truly saddened and surprised us as we have family members in other towns that have several units with Storage King and are pleased. Once again - the small town 'this is all we got - take it or leave it...!' mentality and business practice rears its ugly head. Please read through all the (fake) fluff reviews that were added to bury the ACTUAL occurrence! Save yourself time, un-refundable money, and an all-around HORRIBLE experience! I've been using a storage unit here for several years and I am pleased with the condition of the facilities. It is always clean and the staff is very helpful. they even let me use one of their 2 wheel dollies for free. It really helped make things easier. I would highly recommend utilizing their facility. It is a highly accessible place just off of I-10.

The only size we had in a climate control, was a 10x5 for $79 a month not including the insurance. All our climate control in 5x5's are all rented at this time. I didn't want to bother my attorney with this at this point. We were handling other matters. I just saw that the owner left a very polite response to my review. I truly want it to have a nice ending. I called Saturday, ready to go to the location in person. I started by saying, 'I love Storage King - they have an excellent reputation ..- I was cut off abrupyly by Anna Mae as she said sarcastically 'Oh, I can tell! I saw your review!' Corporate (which is whom I tried to reach out to online) Please email or text me. I would greatly appreciate it.I have been treated very unprofessionally by the Storage King location in Seguin, TX 78155. It was previously called Green Light Storage. Please see the Google review I, unfortunately, had to write. The person by the name of Anna Mae (the lesser rude named Pat) is very rude and combative. She now hangs up in my face when I call because she read the Google Review. Unfortunately, I had to EXPERIENCE the Google Review incident firsthand! I am supposed to be awaiting contact from her District Manager, but she kept saying 'I TOLD YOU HE WAS OFF TODAY!' since last week. I was misled when I reserved and paid for a small 5x5 climate-controlled Unit + a $29 administrative fee, plus insurance. She said she owes me NOTHING because I reserved via a third party. The size unit and the location I thought I was receiving aren't available. I have only been offered that my payment (470 total so far) be applied to a much larger unit at a location that is not near me. PLEASE HELP! I even offered to be placed on a waitlist but there is no talking to her since I left the Review. This is VERY poor customer service.

Pleasant and patient! Thanks Sabrina for helping me move my friend with confidence that I would have all the space I needed. Although I questioned the amount of space that was rented, you knew exactly how much space we needed to get the job done! Everything fit perfectly and the stress just melted away....whew! Very positive experience from the start. Sabrina helped me choose the right unit for our needs and was so sweet, kind and professional. The facility is very clean and well-cared for and their pricing is affordable and much lower than other storage units in the area. Thank you Sabrina!

Storage King USA is clean, secure and nicely climate controlled. Kind, helpful, and ready to assist, Sabrina’s warm welcome makes you feel at home. A fellow foodie, she helped with restaurant recommendations too… and they were all delicious! Sabrina is a professional. She will take good care of you and your items will be safe and sound. I highly recommend!

Affordable rates and clean facility and storage room. Sabrina was so helpful and professional at the front desk! She truly does everything she can to be clear and offer the best services and options to people. She even offered me her last water because I mentioned how badly I felt dehydrated!!! Rarely do you meet people that take such pride in their work anymore and seems like she is a huge asset!! Thank you, Sabrina!!!

Very affordable and easy access to the storage units. Security looks good and the times available are convenient. Sabrina is great to work with.
