The service I received from Richard was phenomenal! A man who truly cares about others and shows it!
Everything else about my stay was fine, a one night stop while traveling cross country. So glad I stayed here.

Rooms were updated and clean with comfortable beds and a variety of pillows to get your favorite combo. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Several great restaurant choices within easy walking distance and StB and Dutch Bros share the parking lot.
Note to owner: we appreciate that you allowed the cleaning staff to sit quietly while their mom's worked. The kids were well behaved and very respectful and it allows a hard working parent the opportunity to keep working without the expense of child care. Your care is your staff shows in their care for your guests and your business

Richard at the front desk, FANTASTIC. However, there are no words to describe the poor workmanship and quality of the rooms. For almost $200/ night.

I stopped here after a long day of driving and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Richard, the manager, is outstanding. He assisted me with parking (I was towing a trailer) and immediately helped me out with getting a room. Really appreciated everything after a long day on the road.

I didn’t stay here after all. Had to cancel due to emergency. I’m wondering why do I get a review requests if through Google maps clearly shows I never drove there.or other locations …is this something new???

Typical Hampton Inn. Biggest issue at this one was little to no hot water for bathing and showering. Let the water run for 10 minutes, still no hot water. Other coworkers staying also advised cold showers. The juice machine was broken for breakfast. Nothing super remarkable.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located just off IH10, and next door to Chili's. The place is quiet and well-lit, inside and out. The folks at the front desk are kind, and courteous. I recommend this location.

My husband and I are renovating our house and needed a room for a couple of nights while our bathroom was being worked on. The room is nice and the shower is amazing. But the AC is out and it's miserably hot. It's so muggy that the floors are literally wet and the mirrors are fogged. They've come and looked at it twice. Neither time made a difference. Finally they said the entire building is out. It's the end of May in texas. We paid $350 and are not very happy.
