SOFTBALL FAMILIES STAY AWAY Thais place is an absolute joke! $971.00 for 4 nights. Absurd. Had to change rooms 3 times at 2am, after a 14 hour drive, just to be moved to another location entirely. All while our girls who had a showcase the next day, were dead tired, were dragging their gear, suitcases, our suitcases, etc all over the hotel and finally had to drag everything through the parking lots to another hotel, at 2am. Then, the Hampton hotel manager OFFERED us a $40 a night refund due to the absolute inconvenience caused by the hotel. Richard U assured us that he would compensate us for the hassle. After 4 days of showcases, the girls tried to take a break at the Holiday Inn ( that we were moved to in the middle of the night). They wanted to go for a swim, there were seriously WORMS in the pool.... Come on! 5 days later at checkout we had to go back to the Hampton where we originally booked, months ago to checkout. I informed, Greta, the hotel accountant, of the refund offered to us by, Richard U. She was upset. She stated that he had no right to offer us any sort of compensation BUT, she would honor his word and send us a check in the mail the same day. Lies, lies! Upon driving home, 14 hours, Richard U, emailed us, on his day off and informed us that he never said he would give us a refund for the inconveniences. Seriously, he basically called my husband and I liars because he got called out for offering us this refund and we booked through THEIR third party online booking service. Even though, it was the Hampton who screwed us for over an hour in the middle of the night. Richard U and , Greta have ZERO customer service, hospitality, hotel experience and are as dishonest as they come. We are still attempting to get this squared away, but as Richard has asked us to do, we can only contact him at his convenience. Greta, has yet to contact us, even though she looked me in the eye and lied to me. SAVE YOUR MONEY SOFTBALL FAMILIES! For this price, we could have stayed at the actual Hilton. This place is a joke. I told Richard that we would never stay at the Hampton again, and we will be back next year in Seguin, he offered us a free night due to us "misunderstanding something that he says was never said by him. STAY AWAY!!!!!

It's a truck-stop style establishment because of the location. However, the staff is excellent. The room is clean, the bathroom is modern, the AC/Heat works great. If you're looking for a clean, safe stay with a super friendly staff this is your spot.

By far the worst Hilton property we have ever stayed at. Being a diamond member we expect a certain Hilton standard. The place is filthy and the renovations they are doing look like a 2 year old is doing it. Completely shotty work. Then this morning woke up to a strong stench of Marijuana smell.

We always try to stay at a Hampton Inn or similar hotel when doing road trips. They're generally the same, so you know what you're going to get. The Hampton Inn Seguin was no different. It was clean, spacious, well-appointed. We used the contactless check-in and check-out through the app, which was nice. The decor in the hotel is a little different from other Hampton Inns we've stayed at. It seemed as if they were going for the hardwood, board room look (it's a little dark). Regardless, it was still pretty clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was a little slim on choices, but what we had was welcome and tasty. Overall, we spent about 9 hours there overnight. It was good. I'd stay again.

I had a reservation to stay at this property for a week. I had no idea they were undergoing renovations. Up and down the hall where my room was located, the other rooms were being worked on. The property was an absolute wreck and the noise was very loud all day long both days that I was there. Finally, at the end of the second day I couldn't stand it anymore. I called down to the front desk and attempted to ask for help from Silva. She rudely interrupted me almost immediately after answering my call and put me on hold. When she finally came back to me after quite a few minutes, I told her my concerns. She dismissed them saying, "the work doesn't happen all day." It actually did, both days I was there. I asked if she could move me to a different floor that wasn't being worked on and she offered the 3rd floor. I asked if it, too was being renovated, and her inadequate answer was, "not as much."Finally, I had to consult Booking.com, through whom I'd made the reservation, and they were able to cancel it for me. This property should either shut down completely during renovations or should do one floor at a time and house guests on the other floors. What a nightmare -- I'm now happily booked at a nearby hotel and hope my experience can dissuade others from making my mistake!

This hotel is fantastic! They're currently upgrading the parking lot, but it's still easyily accessed. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. From my first step into the hotel it was apparent that the owners are invested in the performance cleanliness of the property abd staff. As someone who travels often, and stays in hotels across the country, it's a breath of fresh air when I find a hotel that removes the stress of travel!!! If you are staying in the San Antonio/Seguin/McQueeney area, do yourself a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn in Seguin. That way where you're stay won't ever have to be one of your traveling worries!
