Heather did not perform any service for me , Rather this is about her integrity which translates into her ethical service as a physician. Heather ordered a dining set from our company which was hand crafted for her. The chairs she ordered were made in North Carolina and were to be sent to us to be finished to match her table. When the company making the chairs notified us of extreme delays for us because they were allocating their inventory, we notified Heather that the delays were happening. We told her that since her table, which we built was ready, we would charge her for the balance on her table only and provide her with loaner chairs until her chairs came in. The company continued to show delays and shipped the chairs in sets of 2 over the following months. Meanwhile she was to have the loaners as she was adamant about having them for her private parties . Ultimately when the chairs all had came in it was almost an entire year. Our staff apologized profusely. When we delivered the chairs she denied owing a balance on them. We were forced to provide her invoices and emails showing her and explained that we had not yet charged her since they had not come in. She paid, but was VERY upset. So upset that she continued to write negative reviews slandering us that we had overcharged her even after we provided proof that she in fact owed the money and there was no overage. She claimed that we never communicated with her in this review despite at least one thread of 65 emails back and forth. All of this she wrote after she was provided proof. I am Leaving this review because it is my experience that Heather is not a good person if she is willing to slander a small business for personal gain and out of anger. It is my experience that Heather is dishonest and does not hold to the standard of a society obligation she is required to uphold. I believe that a Doctor should set an example of the standard of a pillar in the community and her actions not only fall short, they are unethical and I will be notifying the Texas Board of Physicians of her actions which violate the AMA.

I was seen at the appointed time, in fact a little early. Entire staff was professional and efficient. Dr. Banks is the consummate professional with an excellent personal patient-centric practice.

Some time ago, I was recovering from one surgery or another. Either going to or leaving class, in my path was Dr. Banks. She cared that much about me to make an appearance on my behalf. I can't Thank! her enough for her knowledge and concern for myself as a patient.

I love this kidney doctor.. she takes the time to discuss things with you and makes sure you understant. Office staff is a great group also.. friendly and courteous!

Dr. Banks always takes the time to make sure I fully understand my condition and what I need to do. Each time I leave her office I feel good about what I need to do to stay healthy and feel good. She is interested not only in my physical health but also my mental health and takes the time to inquire about how I'm doing in life. I feel lucky to have her as part of my health team.

My visit with Dr. Banks was informative and thorough. She took significant time to explain how she will proceed with my treatment. As a patient, I felt that my health is important to Dr. Banks. The staff was courteous and efficient. I was given a schedule for the immediate future for follow up. I look forward to future visits with Dr. Banks.Carl Johnson
