Ordered and paid for a stackable washer/dryer. The associates were very helpful. It was set to be delivered on Wednesday. The driver called and said he would be there in 20 - 30 minutes. On the exact 30 minute mark I got a text message from the delivery company stating that it was undeliverable and they rescheduled for the following Saturday. I called the numerous and got no answer
On Saturday we received a message stating that our delivery was undeliverable and it was rescheduled for the following Friday. I run a business and depend on being able to was our own laundry. I had explained to the associate in the store that Google would not get you to our address. I also explained to the delivery company that Google would not get you to our address. No one wanted to hear how to get to our address. I did cancel my order. The warehouse said that the items had been returned and that I could go into the store and get a refund on my debit card. I returned to the store for the refund only to encounter a unfriendly associate (Yolanda) who put her finger up to shoosh me and then said she was unable to refund me due to the items not being returned yet. Super frustrating situation. I don't know where I can go to buy a washer and dryer. I am just doing without at this point. I have always enjoyed shopping at hope depot until now. Customer service has gone to the wayside.

This store has the most helpful, friendly, and no fuss employees and an array of various styles of ANYTHING you are in the market for. I enjoy shopping or simply wandering about at this location and don’t ever feel rushed to find /meet inspirations, solutions, or ideas. It’s well organized and setup and always very clean✨

received excellent service at the paint section, perfect match. Although the other workers need to keep comments to themselves about customers. Rude racial slurs should remain to themselves. I did nothing wrong, just came to buy paint. so im unsure why those two plus size employees felt the need to be ignorant. Next time it will be more than a review. Literally just left 6:50, june 30th seguin home depot.

Very bad service from the advisor Brenda, she is a person who has no kindness and no empathy with clients, I bought a folder and cut it as she wanted and on top of that she packed it very badly and when she told her to please do it again For my convenience, he left it behind and left.

I previously gave a bad review to Home Depot Seguin. I have had to go twice this week and have had great customer service, I was having paint mixed and Ash was great, helpful and had me out of there quick. I went to the front registers and Rosario was attentive, helpful and positive. Home Depot keep up the great customer service.

You lost my business completely as an hvac contractor and vet. will drive to Lowe’s in San Antonio. Waited for an hour just to get some thermostat wire. Nobody even acknowledged me. Everyone is too busy playing around to cut wire I guess.
