Gave me completely wrong order then proceeded to tell "no this is the right order" I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and got got reg pep and and meat lovers pizza. So I left with a red pep pizza.... Tear the place down if nobody's going to do their job!!!

This place used to be great. Now they don’t answer the phone, because it is either turned off or not plugged in. I know because I called them while I was in the store. I ended up ordering a hot and ready cheese pizza that was burned and tasteless. Their music was too loud to interact with the person at the counter. I call regularly with no answers so I’m not coming here anymore.

My experience with this place is always the same of ordering a pepperoni pizza no sauce, about half the time the staff will charge more for less ingredients and when I bring to thier attention that I have paid less for it before the staff is less than understanding about that issue, additionally I am not sure about what goes on during the process and why this pizza comes out different from most other little ceasars locations but there is a lack of cheese or maybe the cooking is at a different temperature or something to cause these pizzas to have a very different texture, I understand the impracticallity of being about to train your entire staff the specifics of the terminal, but I will say more than half the time I do get what I ordered without any issue, it's those times I go through more that left a bad experience In my mind

Decided to try the stuffed cheese crust pizza...Wow it was really good. Not too much and not too little. Just right...it blended with the rest of the pepperoni pizza. I recommend. It was $7.69 i believe. Good price. Also had the mushroom pizza really good. So we did order these and we waited approximately 15 minutes. Not bad at all.

The food is always amazing! However, the place when you walk in is just nasty (needs an update bad) and the employees are very awkward with no customer service skills.

Ordered pretzel crust online. Was regular crust and when I pointed out to guy working register he just sprinkled salt on it! Like really dude? Never again!

They used to be good about actually using their pizza portal. Now I order thru the portal and it's never ready. Have to sit for 20-30 min while they barely start the order.

Called 3 times, no one will answer the phone. This has happened before but thought I would try. Called Marco’s and they took my order right away. Lost a customer- probably for good. Service would get a negative star if it was possible.

My experience was terrible. I walked into the store and there were two employees working that I could see. One went to the back as soon as I came in, the other was on the phone, presumably with a customer. I waited paitently for him to finish and two more customers came in after me. I could not hear the conversation but it was obvious that at the end of the phone call the person on the other line had hung up on the employee. Afterwards he looks directly at the gentleman who came in 5 minutes after I did and asked them what they needed, completely ignoring the fact that i had been standing in front of him the entire time. I left the store at that point .I'm not one to leave a bad review or even make a complaint but the whole situation left me with a bad taste in my mouth so a couple hours later I decided to call the store to talk to the manager on duty. The young man that answered the phone was not the manager, however he offered to get him so I waited on the line. This is where it gets interesting because while I was on the line, not on hold I could hear him making disparaging comments in the background. I informed the manager when he took the call and to be honest he was polite and very professional. However that does not negate the poor service or disrespectful treatment of their respectful customers.

The couple times I have been to this location, everything was great. Wait times have been appropriate to the amount of business. Store has been well maintained every time that I went. Overall all has been well I am pleased with the service of this restaurant.

Received wrong pizza and had to wait while employees talked to each other my pizza never made it to the pizza portal.I didn't check the pizza when I got it and I wasn't going to drive back to complain.
