Needed a 20x10 foot storage locker in Seguin Texas. Istorage offered a discount for this unit. After filling out the on line forms I got an email notification that the unit was reserved for me. I completed the auto pay portion of the contract. I soon received a call from Jon the manger of this storage facility. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Later on I drove to the gated location to double check my paperwork with Jon. He showed me where the unit was I rented and confirmed the locking mechanism was functional. The whole process was easy, peasy. Thank you Jon for your help and assistance in this matter.
