I was in there yesterday morning standing in line there was a Hispanic couple in front of me that was treated very badly by I'm assuming the manager she had long hair and glasses the older guy looked at her and told her you are not a nice person you shouldn't be working here she was very rude obnoxious and out of place this is not the first time I've encountered her doing this to customers I going to Melrose quite often I don't know why nothing hasn't been done about this lady something must be done she is not kind two other people with color when will something be done about this if I have to I will go higher than Google reviews until something is done about this lady she shouldn't be allowed to treat people like this she jerked the clothes out of the couple's hands enter them on the counter in front of her I am a valued customer for Melrose I go in all the time spend money but I will stop if nothing is done about this lady

I had a very good experience when I visited your store. I was met by Teresa. She was very helpful and assisted me with finding everything I was looking for. She let me know about your layaway and loyalty programs. She also let me know about the benefits of getting your Melrose card. I just might apply for one the next time I visit your store, because of Teresa and how kind and helpful she is. Thank you Teresa.

Went in to store yesterday, Teresa suggested many items, she spoke about loyalty and the benefits of having Melrose card. Needless to say I was able to buy everything I needed. Way to go Teresa

I had such a great experience at the Melrose store in Seguin! I shopped there yesterday morning and was truly impressed by the level of customer service. Bobby was absolutely amazing—he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Shopping for school clothes for the kiddos can be overwhelming but he made it easy and enjoyable. I left the store beyond satisfied! Thank you.

It’s surprising how a manager had a sales associate, Nicole, approach us and state that ice cream was not allowed in the store; she was very rude and very disrespectful. I informed her that she should call the manager as that is their responsibility. The interaction was very unprofessional.

Okay I have come here several times but my lord the ladies that work here are so rude. Sherri chooses who she will respect, and Wendy (the manager has no idea what real customer service is) now there is a new girl and she goes above and beyond to help the public. But they don't allow her to work register. When I came in I was greeted with a smile asked if I needed help as well as told me about your rewards program. You need more staff like her. So my wife and daughter come home upset, apparently there is a female named “Stephanie” that works at this location, who was extremely rude over my spouse trying on clothes. Upper mgmt needs to check this girls attitude cause I will be going to corporate over this, Stephanie I get your mad cause you make minimum wage, but keep that attitude at home.

Wendy was so passive aggressive when reminding us what time they were closing. We only wanted to look at some shoes for an upcoming wedding we were in and out. It’s my first and LAST time visiting this store. What a horrible experience. “We are all just trying to leave at the right time” in a very passive aggressive tone. Basically kicking us out locking a door and watching us like a hawk. Absolutely horrible. Idk why this person works customer service with that type of attitude.
