This is a terrible storage unit. I have stored my things in multiple units over the years and this is the worst. They raised my rent multiple times a year. I had my things in storage there for 2 years and my rent doubled in that time. I went to get my things out last week and there were mice in my unit. They took cotton out of a living room chair and made a home in 2 places. Also one of my units leaked water really bad and damaged some of my antique furniture.
All the good reviews are probably scammers pretending to be customers or people who haven’t checked their most likely damaged items.

Edit: Turns out I'm glad they decided to leave after the issues with the lease, as when we went to move out there was a massive rat in our unit. Glad we got everything out before it was ruined by a rodent infestation. Disgusting.
STAY AWAY from this unit, the office is absolutely terrible and can barely understand spoken English let alone lease verbiage. The insurance is a SCAM and they have RODENTS
They say one thing on the lease and another over the phone, they obviously don't or can't understand the verbiage of their own lease. They do not follow their own lease, and refuse to acknowledge it. Horrible customer service, the guy tried to argue with me for 30 minutes about what was on the lease when I had it right in front of me, telling me it included things it definitely does not. Refused to admit he was wrong or correct the issue, even though it is plain as day in the lease.

We love our storage here we love that when we need something we can text or call and they are very quick to respond and help just wish we would of came sooner to this location

These guys are great! I needed a storage pretty fast and they were there for me, no problems! To top it off they are right across the street from where I watch my grandson at my son's apartment. The place is really nice. Thanks Mount Storage!

I have been with Mount Storage on Fleming Dr for a few years now, I would highly recommend this facility the management team have always been helpful, never rude, answering and returning calls if not with in the hr first thing the next morn!!! Their pricing is very budget worthy!

I have been a customer of Mount Storage in Seguin Texas for going on 3 years now I believe and just have to say I have nothing but good things to say about the Management and the employees. They are always so polite anytime I have called to ask a question and go out if there way to make sure they have the answer to my questions. I want to give a Huge Shot Out To Carlos for his help recently after hours with an issue that came up. Carlos answered me no matter the time it was and he did everything to resolve the issue and contacted me the following day to follow up with me to make sure our needs had been met. You Are Awesome Carlos! Thank you again to Management and the team at Mount Storage in Seguin for all you do every day to make your customers feel welcome!
