It was my daughter's first time getting her nails done and she was very excited. The man that started her off was a bit rough on her cuticles before he passed her on to another very nice lady that did a great job. She will be back.
Requested style: My daughter requested coffin nails with white tips and that what she got.
Stylist: Our stylist was very nice. I did not catch her name.

The last time I got my nails done was about 7 8 weeks ago and my nails are destroyed now the girl was doing what she wanted to do she wasn't listening to what I told her I wanted to have the old Nails soaked off she refused and decided to drill them and I was very disappointed I went back because the manicure she gave me the tips were all peeling off and then I ended up having another guy try to finish removing them but they had already drilled my fingernails so thin and my thumb is Warped on the nail and has discoloration my nails are still trying to grow I've been putting oil and taking vitamins but it's taking a really long time they still hurt. The price is always different as well sometimes I think they charge you by adding a tip already and then you end up giving them a tip so they're banking it for bad service the same young lady took me to do my eyebrows that same day and when I got home I was trying to brush my hair but she had dropped wax on the sides of my hair and on the top part I was like oh my gosh I only enjoy one person there that gives good pedicures and another that does very good work on eyebrows but I am currently looking for a new location in Seguin to go to

Rushed pedicure service. Helen didnāt even buff my toenails, nor the bottom of my feet. I chose the color I wanted and she picked another one. I didnāt correct her, cause Iām from out of town and knew I was never going to go back there. Three toenails looks like a child did them. I never felt like crying or complaining about service. But sheesh. $30 just for her to run my feet in water and color them with her eyes shut.

***DON'T BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT*** I made an appt for 530 with Pam (the owner) I arrived promptly at 530. I sat for 20 min and no Pam. When I asked for her they said she was in the back. 10 min later Gentleman came over and said I start for Pam. I told him no thank you that I made an appointment with Pam well she be about to do my nails he replied yes. 15 min later Pam came out and clipped every one of my nails very short which I did not ask for. A girl came in and asked for her eyebrows to be waxed. Pam says I will be right back. After another 20 min I walk to the back and ask if she would prefer I reschedule.. rudely she said no. I picked my color and she said she was out of it. I said ok any hot pink she wanted to pick would be fine. She picks the color and completes three nails. Two females walk in and she says this is my sister in law she very good and she gets up and goes back to the back to wax. The sister in law could not control the powder... text Pam and several minutes later Pam comes back telling me the powder I picked is no good... I reminded her that she picked the powder and why would she have bad powder stocked. I requested to just soak off everything at this point as I was just getting a fill and had already been there over two hours. Pam convinced me to let her finish so I did. End result was horrific. I also witnessed her taking appointments for multiple different days and never wrote anything down. This is just a recap three wa so much more. I will be calling the State for Ms. Pam to have an inspection.

I waited for someone to give me a pedicure for an hour without anyone asking me if I wanted anything or telling me how long it would be. I finally started to get helped and it was very periodic, he would do something and then walk away, then he would come back then walk away. The final straw for me was after he put a scrub on my legs to wash it off he put my feet in the water in the picture below and turned on the water as hot as he could and held my feet under it even though I kept pulling my feet out of it. He then started to put my feet in wax and walked away after he did one foot. I sat there for almost 6 minutes until I had to ask out loud if someone could put my other foot in the wax. By the time he came back for it the wax was half dry and cold. I told him to take it all off and that I was done. My Motherās Day gift and only time I didnāt have with my son was completely ruined. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and I left in the middle of an awful half done pedicure that I had to pay full price for and still didnāt get my nails done. I will never go back and make sure everyone knows how awful it was! Thank you for nothing and charging me full price!!

Super nice people but unfortunately sub par products. I got a gel manicure that lasted only 4 days before it started peeling off. To their credit they corrected it on the 2 fingers (as opposed to offering to do it over) but here I am a few days later and it has come off on several nails. That shouldnāt happen for 2 weeks. Also I got a regular pedi and was assured a matching color. Clearly there was color blindness there. I didnāt notice til later. I wonāt be returning.

No wait time for pedicure. The lady who attended me was amazing! Took her time and and patiently did my toenails perfectly ? Very satisfied.

Disappointed. Was greeted which was great. Didnāt wait too long. First employee that started working on nails was nice but then she excused herself and never returned. Had to ask another employee for help after waiting for her for 30 mins for her to return.
Second employee finished up my nails and was great.

Havenāt been here in a looooonnnggg time but due to a bad experience somewhere else this morning I decided to go into here. OBSESSED! Showed him two pics of what I was going for and bam! ? he did great! I wish I got his name! Only complaint is he kept going so close to my cuticle and I have a few cuts, but Iāll ask next time to not file so close! Iāll be back!
