If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered gas Monday, was told it'll be delivered "Later this week" Friday "they don't show my order but they're sure it'll be there by Monday" It's Wednesday. I've been on hold for 42 minutes. Again the last with the TV blasting in the background.

Had a delivery and called to see if I could pay over a couple of months. They freaked out and sent the driver out the next morning to collect. I said here’s my credit card. He couldn’t take it. I would have been perfectly fine if they had said no we can’t do that instead of being so completely rude. I will never do business with them again and I was a customer for at least 8 years. One star is one too many.

I took two days off from work to get propane from this company. Their driver came out and did the inspection because it had been a few years since they filled our tank.
They came out on Thursday and looked at the hose and cutoff valve, then said they were not up to code and that they needed to be replaced with the appropriate code approved items before they could fill our tank.
The delivery driver said if I got the items replaced, call the office back to let them know it was completed so he could come back out that they would come back out the next day to fill the tank.
I replaced them that evening and called them the next day. They said they would let the driver know and he would be out later that afternoon. I called later that afternoon to find out when they are going to be here. What do you know, they won't be able to come out...
This company does not value their commitment to their customers. If you can't do it, say that! I could have gone back into work and not wasted another vacation day. I have to do business with someone else now. Hopefully they will be better than Pinacraple!

Brought in a half empty, 20# tank to top off before going to Big Bend. Paid $17, normal price for a full tank. Got back home and the tank weighed only 36#. Called to let 'em know what happened. NOT going back for them to "top it off" when it SHOULD have been topped off the FIRST time.

It has been 10 days since I ran out of propane and they still do not care. They do not have a voice mail so if you want to get a hold of them, you must be lucky. I can't even contact them to tell them to remove their tank because I have switched to Lone Star Propane. Lone Star completely installed and refilled my tank in less than 2 days. Oh and I ran out of propane in the first place because they removed me from auto refill without notifying me.

Fast Friendly service. This company defines the term "Great Customer Service". Visit the Seguin location when you are in need of residential service or just need bottles filled. Recently discovered the difference between suppliers...Ferrell Gas wanted over $4 per gallon while this company was under $3 per gallon...delivered... for same quantity to same address...quoted within days of each other.
Leak detection service is FREE with Pinnacle Propane for new customers! Others charge $40 for this service in addition to the propane price.
