Just a quick note of praise for Francisco at the Seguin, TX Office. He was extremely helpful, efficient, professional, and friendly. I was able to take care of my complete visit in less than 10 minutes. Francisco also gave me one of the best\easiest sticks I have ever received. Which is notable. I see a lot of negative reviews here - and I have never experienced what others are saying, this is my go-to lab and have always had a good experience.

Francisco was helpful, professional, and efficient. One of the easiest sticks I have ever had. In and out with everything I needed done in less than 10 minutes. This is my go-to lab and my experience was great again today.

A year ago, I went to get blood work done. I used to be great with bloodwork. Never got nervous, never had anxiety about it, etc. Until I went to this location. The man doing my blood draw stuck me more than 5 times on each arm, hitting a nerve on each arm causing my arms to feel like they were on fire. This was the first draw I've ever fainted at. Due to this, as a person with an anxiety disorder, I have formed a terrible phobia of fainting and blood draws. It has become a struggle for me now to go to any clinic. Highly do not recommend

This is absolutely the worst health services I have ever used!To start of I scheduled my appointment in Seguin Texas I arrive to my appointment where I am called to the back. Right away the phlebotomist looks at my paper work then sends me to another room where he proceeded to help 2 other people. Then he calls me back to the room draws my blood and sends me away again. He then helps another 2 or 3 people before calling me back. Just to tell me he would be looking for a container for a 25 hour urine collection. Once again he helps someone else before calling me back to give me a container. I was there for over an hour it was ridiculous. His name was Francisco.Next was waiting for results they give you a time period of a week or so we’ll 3 weeks had past I had 6 of 14 results (which one of the 6 was just a duplicate) so I reach out asking about my other results. This is where I got the run around. First I was told there were no more results. Then I was told they are pending (non were in the pending section of the app). After that I was told they are taking a little longer. Well here I am over a month later still missing my results.Now I am dealing with identity authorization basically I have answered 3 sets of questions 10 times and I keep getting locked out for 72 hours because they couldn’t find someone I associated with. ( I’m assuming it’s my grandfather who passed away) I’m not sure. But at this point I don’t believe I’ll ever be able to get my results.Moral of the story do not trust quest. Do not go to quest. This place is one big scam. My doctor asked me to specifically go here and I will never do that again next time I’ll be telling them no I can get the test done at a more professional establishment.If I could rate 0 stars I would worst experience ever app sucks, service is terrible

Would give zero stars!!They are busy chatting in back and not working on patients.. watched and heard them in back- then came out and said won't take cause we have no appointment!!!! Ride..Edit!!!!As I sat in parking lot to write this - the one and only patient that was taken back walked out. The reason he gave--- " we are full and she has a long list of blood draws, so can't take you."No one else was there... it is sad that people are lazy and do not have any care for their work/ or helping others.

Terrible company. Do not use. Go somewhere else. When I got there they told me I was one minute late and I would have to wait since I missed my appointment due to their patient load. I was the only person there other than the tech. Not one person came the whole time I was made to wait.

My appointment is at 8:00am this morning.I checked in from the car. But the doors were locked! The Quest office was locked with no lights on. I received my reminder notice I guess they didn't!!!!It is now 8:15 and no one has a clue why!!!!!

Arrived 10 mins before scheduled time and was seen at scheduled time. I was out in 5 minutes. No issues for me.

Arrived at 11am. No patients here yet told I have to wait an hour because I was a walk in. Their kiosks machine is down. So I'm waiting my time for lab work paid for via walkin lab. What gives.

Came to Seguin location. Says walk ins welcome. The office was empty and the lab worker said I need an appointment. Terrible misrepresentation

Arrived 20 minutes before noon for a quick draw. They told me to come back even though they had zero patients. They could have taken care of me the patient . Save yourself and go to New Braunfels . They are not helpful here!
