No complaints whatsoever; however, you could use some extra help. People have to wait quite a while to sign in and get processed for blood work and tests. With only Patty to do all this, she's good but she's only one person.

Dr. Banks and Dr.Penn are engaged and willing to spend time listening and diving into your case unlike most practices now days. The nursing staff is caring and you can tell they are up to date on your case before you arrive for your appointment. Loved my experience here! ❤️
