Terrible service and even worse customer service. Walked into an empty nail salon where 2 employees were sitting playing on their phones.
They did not acknowledge me when I first entered and looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a fill in. After initial inspection the male worker said it was best to get a new set. I was OK with that and was told to sit in a chair where then a 2nd female employee came out from the back and began working on my nails. I have long nails and said I wanted to keep the length she said OK. Next thing I know all my nails on my left hand were down to the finger tip!
I said no I said I wanted to keep the length, I didn't want them cut. She looked at me and then proceeded to say she was going to keep the length.... *voice in my head* YOU CUT THE LENGHT OFF?!?! She proceeded to try to drill the acrylic I had off as if everything was OK. At this point I was not about to lose the nails on my right hand so l asked for just a soak off. She then acted offended and asked if I didn't want the color I picked out. I said NO. Maybe this was just a bad day for them but, I will not be back.

i went in and there was only worker and two individuals getting service so the worker told me to come back in an hour. i came back about an hour 1/2 later and the people were still there. she told me to wait and about 10 mins later two more people came in and she sat them immediately. at this point TWO workers were trying to go between 4 people. very unorganized if you ask me. when i finally was sat she asked what color i wanted so i showed her the base color / design color i wanted and she proceeded to argue with me that it wouldn’t work (and acted like she didn’t even want to try). then i showed her the sun design i wanted and she told me straight up she couldn’t do that only a SIMPLE flower. either she didn’t wanna waste time doing what i wanted or simply is incapable which shouldn’t even be an option. i ended up walking out bc of her lack of ability and attention (considering she walked away multiple times to help other people). honestly just stay away from this place.

Worst nail set I’ve ever got. The first picture was my inspiration picture. The second is what I got. I paid way over price for this. I get it if you don’t know how to do nail designs. But the shape of my nails are unacceptable. I went to natural nails to get them fixed, and they did a great job! If you’re in Seguin, go to Natural Nails!

I went in and told them I wanted one manicure and my daughter just wanted her nails painted . I told them twice she only wanted her nails painted and he said okay. He did her nails and the wife did mine.at the end of the service she charged me for a manicure for my daughter and I told her that’s not what I asked for, she said sorry but I still had to pay. I asked my daughter did he massage your hands and arms bc that is what I’m use to at natural nails and she said no. So I told the lady and she said yes he did and my daughter said no and the man said yes I massaged her finger tips! So I had to pay for the manicure when it wasn’t even a full manicure, he didn’t do anything to her cuticles either. Basically did gel polish. My white tip on my nails are not even.

I don't know where to start... two hour wait even tho I booked an appointment. $42 for a pedi and color polish nothing fancy. Wasn't offered a service just started working on me. When I asked after it was done. Why there wasn't a massage, didnt remove the gel polish i had before. After telling him that i had it. 😕 was told oh let me show you I did for the massge. Shows me camera 📷 and videos clearly 👀 you can see dint provide that service. After that didn't want to talk at all. Just you pay which I did. Then says okay bye. Didn't even want to try to make things right. I will not be back sad, after having my little one I just wanted to get myself pampered. 😞

I asked for a deluxe pedicure I sure was charged the price of one but the service I received had to have been the regular they didn’t even remove my calluses. And the male who attended me turned off the massage chair while I had it in use. They did not turn it on either so I guess that’s an extra charge. Will not be back. Save your time and money if you want a good pedicure go elsewhere

Horrible service they will make you wait hours to get one simple service done I waited 3 hrs for a simple pedi I walked out because they literally had me sitting in the chairs for hours

They were able to get me in without an appointment and did a fantastic job on my nails. This was the second time I've been there, and I will be back. Fantastic quality and reasonable prices.

My mom & go here once a month for pedicures. Everything is clean & has a good atmosphere. Though the employees don’t speak much English, they are very friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable, $33 for a pedicure with a foot scrub & the chairs have a massage option that helps you relax while waiting or having your feet soaked.
Cleanliness: Very clean and they use a new liner in the soak tub after each pedicure.
