Always available for one on one questions. Communication is effectively made and a more personal experience than large chains. I'm adding to and editing my review because I want consumers to understand what's happening in the health insurance market. There is large bureaucratic support for large corporation pharmacies. Medicines that are high in cost and demand to obtain reimbursements have been cut, and this places small local pharmacies stuck in taking losses that would, in totality, eventually push them out to bankrupt due to loss of revenue of high cost to order medication and low reimbursement of the high cost medication from insurance. Therefore, I will obtain my high cost and demand medication from a large chain and my regular nominal reimbursement medications filled still at the local smaller chains in support of them. The health insurance industry is an ebb and flow due to beurocracy. There will be a day this will level out again, and I'll be able to bring my high cost and demand medication back to the smaller local independent pharmacy. Regardless of beurocracy into our health care, I will always support my local independent pharmacy in any way I can with what they can fill without them taking a loss on. I wouldn't take that kind of loss as a business owner, nor would I ask my independent local pharmacy to... It isn't the underdog in the fight's fault when the big man chooses to gouge everyone all in the name of their special interests from large pharmacy chain donors. Thank you, Seguin Pharmacy, for being honest about the issues facing the smaller pharmacy chains in our current economic climate.

I first started using Seguin pharmacy about 2 years ago(I think?) when there was shortages with adhd prescriptions for me and my daughter. They have always been super friendly and I haven't had any problems with their service! I love their new building too. It's very nice with better parking and a drive thru. Much more convenient than their previous location. Our insurance is no longer in-network with HEB, so I've switched all of my family's prescriptions over to them. Recently I had a vaccine done there and it was a much better experience than some of the times I've had them done at HEB. I'm immunocompromised and my Dr wanted me to get a couple of vaccines that are normally given to seniors so HEB gave me a really hard time about it. And then I was given a 2nd flu shot instead of the vaccine I came in for which was an inconvenience. Seguin Pharmacy never gave me a hard time about getting the vaccine I needed and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them and I'm really glad we switched.

Great service very helpful staff and the pharmacist is a delightful person. I will be switching my prescriptions here . And they have my medications on hand . đđ»Which is great because I've had trouble with other places getting my medications I need.

Wouldâve gotten 5 stars, as Iâve only had one issue of not getting my prescription (manufacturers fault). I may have left a review once before. The dark foreign gentleman is always friendly- he even stayed open late for me once. Because of that, I choose to drive 15 miles -one way-from NB to Seguin once a month. (And any driving on the 2 options of roads is a nightmare and takes a minimum of 30 mins each way.)Yesterday I called to verify that my doctor had call my prescription in and to get it filled.A woman answered instead of the gentleman that has always answered, and she was pleasant. I couldnât make it out in time to pick it up yesterday. Today I get a 4:0nice voicemail from the lady, reminding me my prescription is ready.The pharmacy hours are stated on the web and on their window as closing at 6, as it has been since I first started coming here. I donât get off work until 4. I drive all the way out here in new Braunfels nightmare traffic, get here at 5:05 and the lights are off, the door is locked. It is CLOSED. Not one time in my reminder call from the woman did she say that the pharmacy would be closing early. Of course, no one is answering the phone. I am sitting in my car out front and I am friggin pissed. Not only am I out of my meds, but now I have to make another trip out here tomorrow. My time is just as precious as whoever decided to close early.If you are going to call to remind someone that their prescription is ready, you might ought to mention if you are closing early.*And another review says there were notes on the door to inform people they were closed early. Absolutely nothing informing me or anyone else.

They deserve so much more than 5 stars. Trying to fill my sons ADHD meds has been a nightmare for the past 6 months with the shortage. Seguin pharmacy had them ready same day! I cannot say enough how much this meant to my family! They have won our business!

This is the third time I have tried to get my order and the pharmacy is randomly closed. I travel for work Out of state Monday - Friday and need a consistent pharmacy, not something consistent in randomly being closed in a customers time of need. I will rearrange my flight Monday, get my order and make sure to send it to a pharmacy that I know will put the customers first.
