Every one is friendly in there, they told us it would be a week to fix the door to my husband's car and they were true to their word. The paint matched, and much to our surprise, the car came back detailed! Definitely recommend!

Service could not have been better. I’ve used several body shops over the years and Carstar Shanafelt was great with attention to detail, my questions, and price. They were excellent with communicating to me the process and the progress. They handled all communication with the insurance company. I highly recommend them for any repairs and body work.
