Terribly unprofessional company full of rude, lazy, hostile people. Cannot believe a company this old and established is run so poorly and cheaply. And their prices are absolutely ridiculous.

Terribly unprofessional company full of rude, lazy, hostile, retaliatory people. Cannot believe a company this old and established is run so poorly and cheaply. Corporate level and down treat their employees at stores like complete crap. You are not respected and made to feel like you are a bother and nuisance if anything goes wrong that is beyond your control, even if it concerns your own safety. Store managers show that they could care less about their employees and half of them are lazy, rude, incompetent drunks who pretend to work while everyone else slaves away. Some can't even show up on time to open the store at the correct hour. Corporate staff thinks it's okay to embarrass employees at training events by talking about things that happened to them at their store, in front of the whole training class. Meanwhile, the accommodations are old and terrible and there is no company point of contact if you need something. The female leader of the training is totally rude and does not respect attendees' time only giving three 3-4 min breaks for a 10 hour class. There is ZERO safety culture at this company other than to blame employees for things they didn't know about because of bad management and inexistent communication. You will be doing dangerous things everyday and the company is too cheap to pay for the appropriate attire to wear while doing these things. They want more Spanish speakers at their stores, yet half the people who apply and say they speak Spanish in fact do not. Yet there is no Spanish test given beforehand to be sure they do. So these lying cheats receive additional compensation to do something they can't even do just because they "look" like they can. This hurts the stores and their customers since they are looking translations up on the internet all day. The prices they now charge for paint are utterly ridiculous, frustrating customers. That combined with all the other things mentioned, it's safe to say this is not a place you will want to stay and grow a career with. Stay away. It will save your mental sanity, and your back too.
