I had my oil changed and they didn’t put the oil plug back in right. My car was leaking oil so I had to have it towed and a new oil change. It cost me $225. When I went to them to get reimbursed they denied me. Whatever you do DON’T do business with them. I’ve reported them to Corporate and waiting to hear back from them.

Can’t recommend this spot enough. The guys were awesome, helpful, and fast! We drive a Smart Car and usually that can cause issues or heckling, but the guys here were knowledgeable and fun. They loved our little car and gave us a very fast change. It was great a fantastic price too!

Drove right in for an oil change. We were able to stay in our vehicle and it took no longer than 15 minutes. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. After our purchase, we received a code for a complimentary car wash that was right next door. Thanks guys!

Have to this business to get a inspection a number of times to get a inspection. To be told the inspector is off for the day or not on the clock come back in a hour to come back to be told the inspector just left to home at 9:30 am. Have had this happen to me and co-workers in company trucks too not just personal vehicle. Guess it's ok to banker hours and/or one inspector working when they feel like it.

All the employees were friendly and very professional. I had to wait a little longer considering each of the staff is following COVID 19 guidelines to ensure the safety of the clients. I felt really comfortable interacting with each of them who were also wearing masks and gloves. They treated each of the clients who were waiting on line to service their vehicles with the same courtesy and professionalism. Very happy staff despite of working in this extreme Texas heat. KUDOS for the Valvoline Team in Seguin, Texas.

Stopped in today for oil change. Very nice young man helped me. Sat in waiting room and he was sent in by the mgr. to tell me they didn't have the filter for my car. The mgr walked in behind him and said may have to go to the dealer. Asked him to order one from a local auto parts and have it in a few minutes, said he didn't want to because it might be the wrong one. Got in my car to leave and another car just like mine was behind me, VW Jetta. Pointed this out to the nice young man and he said he will go and tell them the same thing. Two oil changes down the drain. Back to Bradzoil or Wal-Mart, no problem. Would have only given one star, but the young man was extremely friendly and apologetic.

Extremely disappointed with experience!! Lady before me that checked out complained about how expensive the oil change was. I go to check out and they charged me $83.00 for an oil change
