Do yourself a favor & drive somewhere else. They have 2 guys working the oil change lane and not a single car in site, but I'm being told that they are short staffed & that I need to schedule an appointment for another day. From not bolting my skid plate back on correctly (mistakes happen, I get it) to standing at an empty counter another time for 20 minutes waiting on someone to help with a battery order, to being talked down to by a guy behind the counter who clearly shouldn't be in any form of service industry, I'm done. The customer service has always been crap at this store but I can usually just deal with that, but the Auto Dept. is a joke. They just lost an entire family's business. As far as WalMarts go, this is an armpit store.

I really like that they always have what I'm looking for and at prices that vary a lot compared to other stores, I like that I can go through the aisles comfortably and although the waiting time at the checkout when paying is somewhat tedious?I still like it a lot the store.

The Walmart stores in my area are always my favorite stores to purchase my groceries, household items, vehicle and gardening tools and supplies as well as my medication and vitamins. The stores are always very clean, including the restrooms, the staff is courteous and very helpful. They make me feel welcomed and appreciated. Thanks Walmart and staff and keep up the good work!

It's a raggedy walmart with raggedy carts. Hard to push them. Kind of small walmart for a "Super Center". Crude employees especially long blond haired ones.

Customer service is on par with the brand reputation. Don’t expect anything but cheap products and irritated employees. I literally only come to these stores when I absolutely can’t avoid it, and today I got yelled at by an associate named JESSICA for asking for help after waiting for service. I’m disgusted.

First time here with family and great store, great customer service,as with Walmart fantastic,clean, quick stop for whatever. Always great customer service, wasn't familiar with store so assistance was needed and received, always appreciated

I never go to the Seguin store. Way to much crime and the store is dirty. Criminals lurk around, especially the parking lot, do not feel safe there. They are trying to clean up the store at least

the worst service in the entire country today October 24, 2024 at 7:30 pm I needed to make a money transfer through the western junior and the lady who was there did not want to do it and I went to the handler and she did not want to do it either, it is a shame, it seems that people of color do not have the right to transfer money and in fact they even threaten that they are going to call the police when no one has stolen anything, they are just requesting a service, but good God knows what he does with all those types of people.

It's your average Wal-Mart. Clothes section has improved for sure. Good deals on shorts and inexpensive work clothes
