ZDT's Amusement Park is a small, family-owned and operated hidden gem located in Seguin, TX, less than an hour from San Antonio. It is a fantastic place for families, school trips, group outings, and parties. The park features a variety of activities including the world's only wooden shuttle roller coaster, Switchback, which is tiny but mighty, along with a few other rides, a fun VR rollercoaster, and water rides in warmer months. There are also powerful electric go karts, a large indoor arcade with video games and a flight simulator, a rock wall, and a droppy thing ride. The park offers excellent value with an all-inclusive bracelet pass that is well worth buying. While the activities and rides are somewhat limited, the prices are excellent. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks to enjoy at the outdoor picnic tables, which is recommended as the indoor snack bar has a limited selection and can be expensive. Notable snacks include famous hot dogs, fried Oreos, and a foot-long corndog. A unique feature is the bracelet system, which allows guests to leave and return later the same day. The staff is always super friendly, and the owners stay right on top of everything. With water mists to help keep guests cooled off, ZDT's provides reasonably priced fun and is highly recommended for families looking for a good time.
