GET EVERYTHING IN DETAIL STEP BY STEP IN WRITING. DO NOT COUNT ON ANDREA C. TO BE HONEST WITH YOU ABOUT YOUR TRANSACTION FOR THE FIRST TIME WHEN YOU'RE OPENING YOUR ACCT. THESE PEOPLE TOOK RIGHT AT ALMOST $400 FROM ME, TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE GOOD UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONTH, AND THEN I GOT CALLS AND TEXT MSGS 24 DAYS LATER FOR MY FIRST PAYMENT FOR RIGHT AT $300. THEY WILL VERY HAPPILY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WONT GIVE YOU DETAILS OF THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR STARTING UP ACCT. I WISH NOW THAT I HAD STAYED WHERE I WAS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE MONEY GREEDY LIARS. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Got our new phones online and just needed to take in our old ones...35 min. we were there and 25 minutes just to get a person.. once we got someone they were very nice though...

Had an appointment to upgrade our paid off phones and add a line. The appointment was at 2pm yesterday if you want to see who I met with Store Manager. I was told my I didn’t qualify for any specials and my bill would increase $33 for each phone. Didn’t sound right so I left and went to Best Buy to switch to Verizon. While talking there the ATT rep stopped me and said I actually qualify for free upgrades and an additional discount….
Just go to Best Buy a few blocks away. Horrible customer service.

Excellent customer service!! Joe went above and beyond, knowledgeable and professional during my visit. He was able to resolve all my issues. I will recommend all my family and friends to AT&T.

They need to do a better job at training their employees. Went in to finish a trade in the guy with an accent swears he knew what he was talking about, saying he couldn't find my promotion. 1 call to att and they instantly fixed the problem dude just lazy besides him always had good service there. If you don't want to work then go get another job with requires less effort.

When I purchased my screen protector with the replacement warranty they assured me I would be able to come in store to get another one if it cracked. I have went back a couple of times with no issues. This time they told me I have to go online and order the replacement screen protector myself because they don't have it anymore. Give me the one you do have then. Stand behind what I was promised and paid for. Att is going down quick along with other companies. Customer service is just not important anymore.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Switched 5 lines and received help from Justin, Andrea, Gerald, Vanessa, and Rene. Why was I assisted by so many? We had an issue with one of the lines on a phone we brought with us as we owned it. After numerous attempts to get phone calls to be received as well as outgoing calls to connect, a solution was discovered. Andrea and Justin had a never give up mind set and made it work. I recommend Rene, Andrea, and Gerald. Justin and Vanessa are managers so ask for them if a challenge comes up.

Came in, was greeted, and went right to work getting me a new phone. The rep was incredibly knowledgeable, and I felt extremely comfortable.
10 out of 10 I would use this store again.

I highly recommend Rene at the AT&T store in Selma Texas. He was great and helped me get all the discounts I qualified for. I switched 5 lines over to AT&T from 3 different accounts. Some challenges came up and he made sure we had it worked out. I spoke with Vanessa the manager on duty, she was pleasant, thanked me for my business, and visiting the store. In short, I felt at home and confident in doing business with Rene and Vanessa
