I recently had the pleasure of working with Judah Rosales, a service consultant at Audi North Park. Despite an unfortunate accident with the loaner car provided, Judah and the Audi team went above and beyond to ensure my well-being. Not only did they arrange a complimentary tow service promptly, but their commitment to customer care truly shone through. While the unexpected cost was a setback, the attentive and supportive response from Audi North Park, orchestrated by Judah, left a lasting positive impression. Kudos to the team for their exceptional service recovery efforts. Thank You Judah Rosales. God bless you on your future endeavors and your family.

They suck and treat you like trash to be a high end car company. On top of that their computers in their cars suck and don't work and had mine bought back thru the by back program and got all my money back after 1 1/2 of my car being in the shop. They even forgot about my car being on the lot to be fixed for over 4 months and admitted it to my husband and myself. This whole time I was paying insurance and car payments on the piece of shit! Glad it gone and they are out of my life. Oh, and tried to charge me $1464.00 for one oil change as they would not give me a refund on my warranty and I had the car less than a week after the oil change. So, I wrote a letter to the CEO, 4 typed pages of the issues we had and how we were treated and I got my money back. The general manager is a real jerk and is very ugly and rude. Don't make the mistake I did and buy from this trashy dealership. I now own another Lexus and am a happy person!

Called to make an appointment for my car to get serviced, and they were able to see me in only 3 days from when I called! Showed up day of appointment, everyone was very friendly and attentive. They got my car in very quickly and offered me a ride back home instead of having to wait, and then they delivered my car back to me whenever it was finished! Super convenient and so amazing that they offered that option. Have always loved this dealership and will continue loving it!

Nate Wilson was very friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make the purchase of our new Audi smooth and easy! He’s an outstanding young man.The entire team at Audi North Park treated us more like family rather than just another customer. The culture in their organization radiates comfort and class just like their vehicles! Best car buying experience that we have ever had.

This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Starting with Davin the salesperson - he was great - I gave him the specs of what I was looking for and he provided me all the information and available choices, wasn’t pushy in any way - top notch professional. Got a great deal for both the new vehicle and my trade in. Then to Viktor in financing - he was able to help me over the phone - knowledgeable, affable, again top notch professional. They had the car ready for me the next day for pick up; I was out of there within 15 minutes. From a 1-10 my experience was a 15; hands down the best.

I purchased my First Audi on October 30th, the buying experience was impeccable. Our salesman Dilip Khatri was outstanding to work with. He did everything possible to find the exact Audi I wanted, Q5 Sportpack. My Q5 was in transit, Dilip set me up in a loaner until my vehicle was delivered. Called me as soon it came in. He was very patient in showing me all the details of my SUV. If you are in search of an Audi, I highly recommended visiting Dilip at the Selma North Park location.

This whole company is shady, They own Audi North Park in Selma Texas, and they love to mess up and then lie about things when their in the wrong, Be careful who you do busniess with cause the suits dont change their behavior, if they mess up they might try and have you arrested for stealing your own Car. I went to Kahlig's home base to address my issues as Audi was not, and they refused to even talk to me downright shady company in my opinion, im appaulled as a consumer on how things were and are being handled. and it has affected me financially and put major stress in my life for mistakes they caused and made, If you want a "stress free experiance" be carful becuase mine was everythingupdate:Kahlig Auto Group's lawyer Austin Griffith who works for Ford and Muarray served me a Cease and desist for my truthful review the below police report shows the facts, Be carful who you do busniess with #slapplawsuits

I initiated a conversation about a 2023 Audi SQ5 for my wife with Jackie. She was great to work with and super prompt with responses. Victor handled the financing and was cool as it gets. In less than a week, the vehicle was delivered from Texas to South Carolina and in my driveway. Awesome purchasing experience.

This dealership is 1.5 hours from my local Audi dealership Audi North Austin. Long story short, my experience at Audi North Austin was horrible. So it caused me to work with an internet manager Nicholas (Audi North Park) via TrueCar on negotiating a lease offer for an Audi Q7. Surprisingly, I received exceptional service from Nicholas and his assistant Cassie at Audi North Park. They made the Audi buying experience actually painless. We left with a positive experience and great vehicle. Great job Nicholas and Cassie + team!

I took my car for the 30,000 service and have zero complaints. I had previously taken mar car to service at Audi Dominian, but was unhappy with the level of service I received from my last 2 services. From beginning to end it was seamless and very professional, I will continue to use Audi North Park from now on.

Audi North Park has improved the speed and efficiency of their services. Judah, my service advisor, spends quality time discussing the maintenance and recommendations for my vehicle with each service. I have noticed how each member of his team are equally invested in the service and support that they give every customer and they always greet you with a smile. I elected to wait for my vehicle to be serviced and was comforted with a relaxing atmosphere, coffee and sports highlights that were being provided in the lounge area. I have grown to know each of them and will continue to provide them with any assistance that I can provide as a thankful and loyal customer. Keep up the good work!

I purchased an SQ5 from Audi North Park last week and my experience was extremely positive. Jeaqueline and her assistant Diego offered top tier service, knowledge, and made the overall experience better than what I could have hoped for. They continue to offer support, even after purchasing my vehicle, and make themselves available to answer any questions. Working with Sarah in finance was a breeze and she took the “stress” part away with her down to earth spirit. I’ll definitely be coming back to purchase my next Audi from here!

It was my first time getting maintenance on my car at Audi and I HAVE to say, completely worth it. They are so kind and attentive. They are so transparent with everything and sent a cool video at the end with a summary of my inspection and what they did to my vehicle. Their lounge/waiting spaces are so nice and clean as well. While we waited, we were strolling through the parking lot looking at vehicles and we were greeted about 5 times from different people. It was such a nice experience. Huge shoutout to Mike B. and then the maintenance technician Chris V!

Our sales person was the biggest JERK. He never took me seriously the moment I walked in and as a young woman I am extremely disappointed. Once he came back with the numbers, all he did was sit there and argue. His tone was very AGGRESSIVE, in a mean way. We drove over 30 minutes there and back. I am so upset that we WASTED TIME to be treated that way.He mentioned he was the salesman that was there the longest (only 6 years).

Bought a car from this place. First off they would not take a bankers letter of approved funds so to write a personal check for the car. F and I guy had a chip on his shoulder when dealing with us, totally RUDE!! And very IGNORANT!!!Dillup was the best F and I guy and got ran over like us by the fat Fand I guy also!! Funnier than a rubber crutch!!Our Car we purchased:Hadnt been serviced, salesman knew very little about the car. Driving home service lights came on, meaning the car had not been serviced! We changed fluids and filters the next day!!!!! Totally Grunge !!Overall a totally "NO SERVICE" dealership with wveryone inside sitting around reading their cell phones and not paying any attention fo customers!!! Money Paying Customers is correct!!! They all need Fired and sent home!!!The dealer has not sent our title for the car we purchased 42 days and counting!!!' You talk about dishonest people!!!! Dont buy anything here or you will be very sorry!!!Plus paint is flaking off the car and we will have this issue checked out based on if they lied about this pristine car or not??? Stay tuned we love to open cans of worms!!! We think they lied to us about everything to do with this car!!! We are far from done with these Flakes!!
