Absolutely so amazed by how kind everyone is at this branch and efficient they are with the work they do. Thank you Ms. Dorothy for helping me get a new debit card! Literally all the workers there greeted me and made me feel at home. I'm going to have to start making this my main PNC Bank.

I was very surprised at the amount of negative reviews this branch has.
I thought it was a phenomenal experience. Everyone I came in contact with was very warm, friendly, and helpful. The associate who helped me, Dorothy, went above and beyond to help me with my needs and I am immensely grateful.

All the Ladies at this location were super kind, welcoming and helpful! The timing couldnt have been any better, as quick as they got me through those doors was as quick as i was able to get a Debit card ( within SECONDS of setting up my account. if youre not banking with PNC you need to go to the Selma location and get with them asap. They even have college student benefits that last as long as 6 YEARS. Thanks PNC

Phenomenal customer service from the front door to the end of my transaction! The lady at the front opened the door for me to come in, guided me to the appropriate person, and opened the door for me to leave all with a huge smile on her face. Lesley helped me with my transaction. She super kind and took the appropriate measures to keep my account safe. Last but not least, the branch manager, Chanel, went out of her way to greet me and offer services that could assist my business. She even gave me a cool water bottle to help me celebrate women in business week which I didn’t realize it was until she told me. A++ for the entire staff.
This location is far from my home but I will find a way to make my way back as I truly appreciate good customer service!

I went to PNC Selma location, With a lot of questions and I got helped by Savannah M , She was great, answered all my questions, and helped me get all information needed. PNC customer service has always been great, but Savannah have went above and beyond to help. 💯

Idk why this bank is rated so low. I had a wonderful experience getting a personal loan which was a god send. I've been with them for over 30 years and they have always been good and fair with me. Thank you PNC!

Customer service is horrible on the phone and in person they love to hit you constantly with $12 fees which reduces your Account balance and costly nickel and die $12 out of you for fees I understand your balance need to be at a certain level in order to avoid fees but it seems to always have an explanation for why they’re charging $12 fee even if your account has the balance that is need closing account I would never do business again with this bank

The bank staff was friendly, but unfortunately, they have a policy of not allowing customers to use their bathroom facilities. This became an issue when I accompanied my mom, who needed to cash a check after her chemo treatment. Due to feeling sick, she urgently required the use of a restroom, but despite our situation, the bank staff insisted she couldn't use their facilities. It was surprising to encounter a bank that does not provide a public restroom, as this is typically a standard amenity in most establishments.

The WORST bank I’ve ever banked with and I didn’t even choose them. I banked with Compass for many years and loved everything about them. PNC took over the account and it’s been one nightmare after another. I thought at first maybe they just needed to get it together since they were new but it’s been years now. Currently looking for another institution to bank with.

This location gives instant debit cards! The process was quick and easy, I really appreciate the friendly, and helpful staff available to assist you at the door. Right away I was asked what I needed, even directed where to sit and wait. Good stuff.

The online banking app it's difficult to get up and running. If you have trouble and you call you'll get someone you can barely understand every third word. Second attempt after being cut off yet again foreign-speaking person that I could not understand. So no online banking for me

I have great credit and good income and they wanted me to show proof of income for a $1000 personal loan. I went to another financial institution and I got the loan based solely on my credit scores. I took my money out and closed my account at PNC.
