Customer service is horrible on the phone and in person they love to hit you constantly with $12 fees which reduces your Account balance and costly nickel and die $12 out of you for fees I understand your balance need to be at a certain level in order to avoid fees but it seems to always have an explanation for why they’re charging $12 fee even if your account has the balance that is need closing account I would never do business again with this bank

The bank staff was friendly, but unfortunately, they have a policy of not allowing customers to use their bathroom facilities. This became an issue when I accompanied my mom, who needed to cash a check after her chemo treatment. Due to feeling sick, she urgently required the use of a restroom, but despite our situation, the bank staff insisted she couldn't use their facilities. It was surprising to encounter a bank that does not provide a public restroom, as this is typically a standard amenity in most establishments.

The WORST bank I’ve ever banked with and I didn’t even choose them. I banked with Compass for many years and loved everything about them. PNC took over the account and it’s been one nightmare after another. I thought at first maybe they just needed to get it together since they were new but it’s been years now. Currently looking for another institution to bank with.

This location gives instant debit cards! The process was quick and easy, I really appreciate the friendly, and helpful staff available to assist you at the door. Right away I was asked what I needed, even directed where to sit and wait. Good stuff.

The online banking app it's difficult to get up and running. If you have trouble and you call you'll get someone you can barely understand every third word. Second attempt after being cut off yet again foreign-speaking person that I could not understand. So no online banking for me

I have great credit and good income and they wanted me to show proof of income for a $1000 personal loan. I went to another financial institution and I got the loan based solely on my credit scores. I took my money out and closed my account at PNC.

I opened an account and funded in person at the Forum location less than a week ago. THIS IS A SERIOUS WARNING TO AVOID THIS BANK. IF YOU CURRENTLY BANK HERE, CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. After being a member for less than a week, I have already been forced to contact a Consumer Advocacy Law Firm, because PNC revoked access to my account with over $3000 in it. After 4 consecutive days of attempts, both in-person and over the phone, nobody at PNC will provide ANY information on why my account access was revoked. I have spoken directly with 11 different PNC representatives, with no solution, or any insight at all. PNC will not even tell me when, or if, I will ever have access to my funds again. My sole deposit was a WORK CHECK. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. My law firm liaison informed me that PNC is notorious for violating the Electronic Funds Transfer Fact and the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. In 2021 alone, PNC lost over 10,000 arbitration cases directly related to these violations. This is unheard of from any of their competitors in the Western banking industry. If you are also a victim of PNC, please reach out to a consumer advocate group. I wish I would have done my research before jumping on for a quick sign-up bonus. This bank is high risk and not safe.Tags for Google: #scam #criminal #deception #efta #electronicfundstransferact #dtpa #deceptivetradepracticesact #bbb #avoid #fraud #evil #bad #noethics #lie #cheat #steal

I wanted to open a bank account but I was told that the manager can't work from 5 - 6 to help me with this process because it takes too long to open an account

I’ll give a -5 stars if possible! Went in this morning to this branch, which usually never go here just to paid my rent, been doing the same thing here for about 25 months now! Meaning I started when they were BBVA!! So never ever had a problem till this morning when I was making a deposit on my lenders account the very mean & rude!! Give me a deposit slip”(never ever been given one before due to going paperless)” so ok I filled the slip as usual the woman asked me if it was a checking or savings? I said I don’t know since is not my account!! She looked at me with an attitude and said well we don’t have this account number! I said really? Since when she said since we became PNC I said you guys started as PNC on August last year and I have never ever had any problems! You are the first person who are telling me all this I ask for her supervisor a lady came and said she right you need the NEW account number from your lender (which I called in front of them) then the manager repeated the same story about they are now PNC I said, then everyone works the way the like because you became PNC las year and you are implementing the rules just now? She said no is been like this since las August! I said check how I deposit the money you should be able to see if there’s any deposit slip, she said we can’t give you any information because the account is not yours!!!! ???this was the manager ( I said I never ask for any information) so they keep saying we always work the same way!! I said no you guys don’t and you all should do it!!Never ever go back there by the way this teller are always looking really lazy they are always talking personal stuff in front of the members & non members!!!PNC should do an evaluation how tellers are doing their job!!!! At least here this branch are failing big time RUDE & ATTITUDE!!!!???????

I'm a general contractor by trade, since the transition from BBVA to PNC in Selma back in October, I have had to overcome obstacles in so many ways to accommodate them. I just had a loud argument with a young teller in regards to a simple cash back transaction. He actually escalated his tone in the lobby. I'm done, new bank!
