Frustrating when you have to wait 15-30 mins for an assistant to open a lock to get what you’re trying to buy. This is the second time, I’ve waited literally 25+ minutes . Why would I waste my time when I can just order this on Amazon?

A perfect event? Everything worked the way they were supposed to! Ordered online for a store pickup. At arrival, clicked the "I'm here" option. Walked in. A guy saleted, pointing the counter. Young lady asked for an ID. Checked, smiled, and told me to go online and renew it! It's about to expire! Got my product and asked for my "trade-in". Which I was going to forget about. All checked, verified, and I was out in less than 5 minutes with everything and more accomplished! Need more events like this!

Went to this store on 2/16 at around 7 pm to purchase a Macbook Air. Waited around for more than 10 mins with 2 other guys who also needed help. I flagged down an electronics associate and told him that I needed help purchasing a Macbook and he mumbled something and walked away. I waited another 5 mins or so and watched at least 3 other associates walk by and see the 3 of us waiting and not one offered to help. I don’t think I should have to beg someone to help me spend $1300 on a computer. I had a similar experience buying a Macbook for my daughter at the New Braunfels store a few months ago. It seems that either Best Buy is understaffed, they could care less about your business, or they would rather you just purchase online without any customer interaction nor regards for their product purchase satisfaction.
