We originally tried to contact your Georgetown store.
They wouldn’t answer the phone.
Multiple tries , finally service writer answered, he stated drop your trailer and in couple of weeks we will get around to looking at it .
Oh , trailer is located in Florence TX so that location would have been convenient.
BUT
Spoke with the Shertx location, extra drive but both the service & parts manager made repairs quiet, hassle free, reasonable costs, and EVERYONE at that location acted like they wanted our business !

I drove all the way from California to come pick up a specific truck camper that is hard to find out West. Chris was super friendly and helpful, patient with all of my questions, and happy to give me a FaceTime tour of the camper before I made the long drive out. Loading the camper into my truck bed was a challenge because of the lift and tires I’m running, but we got it done with some cinder blocks. I really appreciate the help with loading from Chris and the service department guys, great bunch of guys! Very satisfied with my camper and with Crestview RV. I would happily buy from them again. Thanks!

This RV Super Store was just that, in many ways, A SUPER EXPERIENCE. I don't really write reviews because they are rarely what people need to hear when searching online for them, but this place and team of employees earned it hands down...
Let me just start by mentioning the looks of the establishment when first arriving. It's nothing fancy or anything like most dealerships of most kinds. The buildings seem older and the offices are simple and a lot more exposed, this caught my attention. IN A GOOD WAY! I respect the owner for the fact that instead of using sales profits to better the aesthetic looks of his establishment he works with what he's got and doesn't fix what isn't broken. I personally believe this has a lot to do with the flexible and fair way they are able to work with customers on RV pricing $$$... and I know everyone is always looking for the best options at lower rates! Think about it, the money saved on business remodels is the same money that is available for RV discounted pricing. So keep this store at the top of your shopping list for tours. They give back to the customer in ways you might not ever even know they did.
Secondly, I would like to mention Bob Hasbrouck (finance director) for speaking to me with respect. Yes, the additional coverages were offered multiple times however he explained himself directly and answered all of my questions in a very detailed manor. Everyone has to do their job and I understand that, what I appreciated the most from Bob was him being able to do so without having to patronize me.
Thirdly, Francisco (Technician Engineer) is insanely knowledgeable about these RV's and just all sorts of repairs in general. He was my walkthrough guide, I talked to him effortlessly throughout the entire walkthrough. I quickly picked up on the fact that he is someone who takes a lot of pride in his work. If you aren't purchasing and have an RV that needs repairs, then I strongly suggest you reach out and ask for this guy to modify your rig to operating like new again. OR EVEN BETTER than before to be honest. Thank you, Francisco, for taking your time on my RV and going above and beyond what most tech's would've done.
Lastly, I owe a sincere and appreciative grand slam of a THANK YOU to Jared Chastain (Sales Manager). This guy treated me like an old childhood/high school pal. From working with me on my impossible work schedule in the early stages of the entire purchasing process. To months past the final date of picking up keys. Jared has a ton of experience with sales and it clearly showed.
-He was able to find solutions in many out of the norm situations, none of the back n forth BS that many sales reps usually give.
-Texting and calling after work hours, over a long period of time due to my crazy work schedule.
-He never lost his patience and was more than helpful the entire time.
-Made a referral on a local and trusted RV transport since I don't trust having just anyone move a 42' 15,000 lb. home.
-There were numerous times he would answer calls/texts that fell out of his work description, they were mainly simple asks... but the fact that he never hesitated to take care of me instead of just connect me with someone else, is something I will forever remember.
Jared, you truly did make the entire experience feel comforting and as easy as could possibly be. You are a rockstar dude! Keep doing what you're doing because you are a dying breed lol, a one-of-a-kind salesman! The 5 stars was earned mainly by you, cherry on top!
Cheers, to the rest of the Crestview RV team and know I will be coming back years from now for my next upgrade!

I was not impressed with the customer service that I didn't get when I came by to see, it was hot and I had to walk the property and a row of golf cart and this old lady had to walk. no thanks not for me.

I love this facilitates set up!? There is so much to look at here.? The environment is very chill and the inventory is so fun to maneuver through. What I would recommend is pull up, find the class you like, park?️ at one end and then go explore your options.✨️ I parked at one end, ran ??♀️to the other end (save that for the professionals, please?). The parking makes it easy to walk in on one side, explore then exit through the front doors , when applicable, leading me straight to the door of the next model. ? Sending you all wishes of health and wealth. ?? Happy RVing!!!?

There are completely different experiences depending on what department you are dealing with!
Sales: Tony
was our salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly, he was upfront, and always available for questions. I would recommend him to anyone! I expressed to him that my credit wasn't that great, but I had cash in full as a backup. He never doubted me, never judged me, or thought I didn't have back up financing. He communicated and walked me through the whole process. I purchased my Rv the next day.......with cash......
Maintenance: Jesus
went through every system of the rv with me. I have have purchased 3 other rigs from dealers and no one was as thorough and took the time to explain and demonstrate all the systems to make me feel informed and comfortable with my purchase.
Financing: Bob (the only issue)
He is listed as the "business manager" on his card. He was overly friendly and welcoming when I first was directed to his office to apply for financial assistance. I informed him that I could pay cash in full as a backup. Either way I wanted the rig and I had enough to secure it with a cashiers check. He seemed to scoff at that idea. The next day I returned with a cashier's check for full payment. I had an appointment for the next day to pay with the cashiers check. Bob obviously didn't think I was coming back because he let my appointment time pass while I sat in the lobby, and then he brought another couple in his office during my appointment time slot. Once he took his time with them, he then came out only to get the check from me. I wasnt even offered to come in his office to finish my paperwork. His ego was obviously hurt, but that gave him no reason to treat me the way he did. He obviously is paid by commission, because if you don't need financing, you get completely different treatment Let's be honest, this place looks like an old dirty car lot, they shouldn't act like you are selling million dollar units. There was no one out looking at units, but there were 10 people standing around doing nothing but judging other people. I guess I was no use of Bobs time or tiny office space, because I did t need financing. Treat people with respect. BLESS YOUR HEART.

JD, the Crestview Service Manager was very personable, very easy to work with, and was able to get us into the service bay almost immediately. He allowed me to bring all of the required parts install a second AirCon on our RV. After explaining what we wanted, JD put Fransisco, his best technician, on the project. Francisco was awesome and provided exceptional service and significant attention to detail to complete the job. He did an outstanding job to fish the wires behind the front cap, added a 20A socket in the bedroom so we can plug in a electric heater in the winter, and installed a 20A socket next to our 30A plug…the end result was a very professional looking job!
We will definitely be bringing our rig back to Crestview in the future if we need to have work completed that’s beyond my abilities.

My experience in purchasing my motorhome was good, but I have not had a good experience with my most recent service work. My unit is in for warranty work and I have been given several excuses for a week now as to why it has not been completed. After being quite discouraged, I contacted Forest Rivers myself all to find out that they were just contacted as of yesterday. This is unacceptable and I discourage anyone from using their service department.

We traded in our toy hauler to purchasing a fifth wheel and got a fair price for my tradin. The entire process from sales (Jared), walkthrough (George, JD), and finance (Tom) was not stressful. The staff took their time to ensure all my questions were answered.
I highly suggest buying your trailer here. If nothing else, give this place a visit before going to other RV stores.
Their post sale service is just as pleasant as the buying as they want the customer happy. This business is way above Camping World overall. I brought my RV in for service and received it back fixed within a reasonable amount of time. If you want stress-free experience, give this place a chance.

Most of the time now a days you do not run into kind people. Luckily we had the chance to meet Brenden and Steve whenever my husband thought we could make it to San Antonio before fueling up and didn’t listen to me and stop for fuel before lol, crazy enough we were on 35 next to their lot and walked over to one the employees and they appointed us to Steve and Brenden and they were happy enough to give my husband a ride and borrowed a fuel tank and even kind enough to make sure we had money for fuel, which we did, husband just under estimated the trip. Brenden was very helpful and kind enough to take him down the street as my son and I waited inside while they got us situated. If we ever know anyone in the market for rvs this is the place we’d recommend because they have exceptionally kind people working here. Again thank you Steve and Brenden, you generosity didn’t go unnoticed!

This is my 2nd RV purchase with Crestview. Took awhile to get my factory order but was taken care of when it arrived. The staff is great and communicated with me even on their days off. George, JD and David were outstanding and detailed during our walk thru. Highly recommend.

Had a very short conversation with the sales rep Cami. Extremely rude and out of line. When I told her I was no longer interested she proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t be looking at travel trailer out of my budget then. I simply expressed my reason for not being interested and was attacked. This store has always been great but service like hers will ruin a place. Might want to reconsider the staff… good luck

Tony and Rob was very professional and knowledgeable the gentleman that gave me final walk thru when I picked up the Rv was extremely good and answered every question. Sorry I forgot his name.
