This is usually my go to spot for tires. Main reason because they have the equipment for Tesla, second reason the customer service is usually exceptional. My experience today is not positive. I have an 8am appointment it is now 818am and my car isn't being serviced. I make appointments because I value my time and discount tire obviously doesn't value my time. I was initially perturbed by the negative energy of the person I made initial contact with. When he finally got around to me, no greeting, which I'm not used to at this location. Then he proceeds to tell me I will be put on a wait list. I told him I have an 8am appointment, why would I be on a wait list. I just watched a couple of vehicles that were walk ins being taken in service and mine is still waiting. How do I know they are walk ins? You can hear the check in process of everyone. Im not happy, I schedule appointments for a reason.

The short is Jacob Carrasco has redeemed my faith in discount tire.
They’re not the cheapest, And I bought four tires with warranties on all four. My tire ended up having a gash on the side of it that we didn’t know where it came from after about a year and a half of driving. It was pointed out to me by a discount tire tech at their Schertz location while I was getting my pressure checked after a cold storm. It was not a puncture and it was still holding air pressure, but I was worried about the integrity of the tire. The tech said that it wasn’t that deep and it shouldn’t cause any issues, but I wanted to speak to the manager.
I explained to the manager that I had a warranty on the tire and then I wanted to have it replaced because I was worried about driving on this. The manager told me that it would not be covered under the warranty and that it was still structurally sound. I left that store feeling taken advantage of and defeated.
I called at least three or four times to their corporate office waiting for a call back and never received one. I emailed them and I received an email back. I provided the information they asked for and then never heard anything again.
At this point, I was gonna give discount tire one last chance before I boycotted them for life. I thought maybe I should go to the normal store that I go to off Agora Parkway in the forum.
I explained the history to the assistant manager Jacob Carrasco, and he apologized for all the hassle that I had gone through.
Jacob was thorough, professional, and willing to help out with something that was definitely outside of my control. You can tell he really cares about the people that is serving and puts himself in their position. He has redeemed my faith in discount tire, and I will continue to be a faithful customer due to him.
Not only did I get the warranty tire replaced, but I went ahead and bought a second tire for his recommendation so they would not be uneven and then bought two new warranties.
I truly appreciate him going above and beyond and wanna make sure that he is acknowledged for his help and doing the right thing.

I had a flat tire and stopped by this tire shop close to the end of their business hours. Even though it was late, the team took care of my car quickly and with a great attitude. Aiden provided outstanding customer service—friendly, helpful, and professional. I left the store with everything taken care of and a very happy experience. Highly recommend this place!

The DTC in the Forum took great care of my tire rotation and balancing. I had a scheduled appointment and Nicholas and Landon had me in and out and back on my way in no time! Thank you!

This used to be my go to discount tire but lately customer service has been lacking. I went to get air in my tires because they have a little section outside where you can do so. Wellll! I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes for someone to come over, I honked a couple of times and got acknowledged but still I am sitting here. Finally Alex a nice young man came out and apologized! It’s not his fault and I place no blame on him at all…but management you need to get it together! You guys are not above losing customers or getting complaints.

My husband is currently deployed and his truck needed tires. He ordered his tires online and so we set up an appointment to get them put on. I arrive before my appointment although they were a little busy I had 3 gentlemen come up to check me in! Super nice guys! I ended up with Lucas who was super sweet and very helpful. Come to find out my husband ordered smaller tires... so I was in panic mode and in tears feeling very embarrassed. Lucas assured that it was going to be okay and they will figure out a solution! He got his co worker Jacob over to tell him what's going and that my husband is currently deployed and he was the one who ordered the tires. Jacob came up with a solution with better tires for the truck! They both put my mind at ease as I couldn't get my husband on the phone to see what he wanted to do. So thank you to Lucas and Jacob for being so honest, sweet, and helpful and patient with me! Plus they got the truck right in and out very quickly! I truly appreciate the help from these two gentlemen! I will be returning!

Great service , unfortunately you get different prices depending on the employee, If you don’t like your price just come back another time and give them another name tell them your price shopping, they will get you different prices every time , depending on the mood of employee and how much discount they willing to offer to get your business. Very happy with service! And pricing , they work fast ! And very professional. Polite . And store are kept clean .

Friendly service. Always get my tire pressure looked at here and had a nail in one so they encouraged me to get it looked at and patched up. Usually very fast, but they got a little bombarded with appointments today so took longer, but they were apologetic and I'm an understanding individual so it wasn't a big deal at all. In the end, they took care of the tire and I was on my way ?? highly recommend this location.

Bought some new rims for my old pickup truck. Great customer service from both Eric and Misa. They took the time to show me different rim options and how they would look on my truck. Got an excellent price on the rims and I was in and out in less than 2 hours without an appointment. Great customer service! Highly recommend shopping at Discount Tire in the Forum.

These guys have outstanding customer service. .. both of the store manager, Jason and his assistant Thomas go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. Thomas recently helped me pick out a set of rims and tires for my truck and I couldn’t be happier with the process. This location specifically has been great to deal with with all of my personal vehicles and work vehicles.
