I have had a nightmare getting my arrangement delivered for my daughter’s birthday. Jasmine told me it’ll go out twice and never delivered. Waste of time and energy. Don’t waste your time!!!!

Please don't use this store. Accepting orders with products they don't have in inventory and then not calling to update on the order is not acceptable.

Ordered 6 choc dipped strawberries and 3 choc dipped pineapples drizzled. Received only 3 strawberries, and they weren't fresh. I went back to the store, and they gave me the pineapples, but we're out of strawberries. Worker was wearing Pajamas. Gave me the number to Kyle store to reach manager for a refund. Called the Kyle store. Was told that the manager was in Austin and would call me back. We'll, it's been a month and no return call. No more business from me.

DO NOT USE THE SELMA LOCATION. Ordered and called for 3 days and no one would pickup the phone or return my messages. Day 3, I get someone to pickup the phone and they hang up on me. Called back and finally got someone. They were unprofessional, complained about having to deliver this far out. I said it had to be there before 5pm. The order showed up after 5pm and the recipient was gone for the day.

I can understand why there are one star reviews here. Edible Arrangements is destroying their reputation with this location and I will be posting a review in every place I can find to post a review. I have been on hold for 30 minutes with this place and no answer. Meanwhile, it gave me the option to check the status by phone. sounds good right? WRONG! I entered my phone number in the tracking and they stated "we have delivered your order!" Um...no you did not. I have cameras all over the house and there isnt an order to be found and today is my anniversary!. I stay on the line. It asks me if I want to check again so I enter my number. This time it says "we have received your order. Check back later!" HOW CAN YOU BE DOING BOTH!? I am back on hold and still waiting for an answer. The incredibly sweet sounding hold voice is becoming more and more anger inducing as I type. This is ridiculous now!

When I walked in No greeting!! I was out shopping and wanted to pick up a small order cone dipped fruit the lady was about to charge me 10.99 when the digital sign says 6.99! No customer service skills. No fruit or cookies on display in the lobby! I'll go elsewhere!

My husband always gets me edible arrangements. The past two tests have been horrible. Not his fault at all. I don’t want to complain but the chocolate strawberries were frozen then mushy and bad. Only got like 4. The rest were regular nasty not ripe strawberries. The cheesecake bites were good. Platter looked horrible. Never again. He is done with y’all

I placed an order at the beginning of February for today (Valentine’s Day). The order was delivered to the house at 6pm and everything was warm and melted. Will not recommend.

I wouldn’t even get this place a one star!! I just now picked up my order on for Valentine’s Day I placed the order on the third and I was told that they did not have my order but I could substitute for something else. the girl at the counter told me they have an extra one which had been sitting on the counter while the other ones were refrigerated, I asked if I could have one of the refrigerator and she told me that the arrangement had only been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes and kind of gave me a dirty look. I also was charged for sprinkles and I didn’t get them. Her response was that they didn’t have the supplies and another store was supplying them and the other edible arrangement store had shut down. On the top everything off when I got home to try to add the sprinkles gnats flew out of it. I ended up having to go to H-E-B to get something totally different. I will be returning this and demanding a refund. Do not go here please.

Despite countless calls to the store nobody seems to be able to pick up a phone to check on an order I placed almost a month in advance for Valentine’s Day the owners should sell to someone who has run a business before because this is seriously lack luster customer service $100+ delivery fees and you can’t deliver? Put that out ahead of time so I’m not waiting on an order that isn’t going to come.

My husband bought flowers and chocolate covered strawberries today and the flowers are all wilted. They didn’t come with the vase he purchased. And the strawberries were supposed to be dark chocolate, but they gave us milk chocolate. They didn’t look anything like the picture. No decorations or anything. They didn’t offer a refund, just gave him some balloons he didn’t ask for. So, one star.

There is only one phone number to call. I was unable to call shop. So I placed an order on Fri 2/2 to be delivered on Sat 2/3. It was not delivered until Wed 2/7. And that was only because I went to the Forum store twice to question about the order. Apparently the order is sent to the San Pedro store and they send to store closest to recipient. San Pedro sat on my order for days. Thanks to the Forum store who made it happen. Something needs to be fixed when ordering online. It took me too much time trying to get the oder to my friend. I should get some type of compensation for all my troubles.

Called on 1/23 to place an order for a mini happy birthday dessert and balloon kit. Was told they did have helium for the balloon and hadn’t had any for quite sometime, which was kind of annoying but I figured I would just buy my own balloon. I told the lady on the phone I wanted to pick up on 1/24 at 2pm. She took my order and said it would be ready and didn’t even ask for a name for the order. Today 1/24 I went to pick up the order and they said they didn’t have it. They said they usually take payment over the phone when they take phone orders. I explained that whoever I spoke to didn’t even ask my name, let alone my payment information (which most businesses do not take payment over the phone) Very poor customer service. Lady at the desk offered to make it but by this time I didn’t even want it anymore as I had to be somewhere at 3pm.Now I’m left without the gift I was giving to someone for their birthday.

This store is under new managment and is doing great! Glad to see the change in a good direction! 10/10 recommend
